The front desk was okay, but the room service was poor. I was out for 5 hours with a ”cleaning” sign on, and they didn't clean. When I came back to rest, they knocked on my door asking for cleaning. The next day, I said I would check out at 2 PM and had a ”do not disturb” sign on, but they knocked on my door at 12:30 PM, and I didn't know what they wanted. I explained again that I was checking out late and didn't need cleaning. The internet was terrible, terrible, terrible. It connected in the lobby, but dropped when I got back to my room. I spent several hundred on roaming charges over the few days I stayed, haha, and I didn't get any rest.

The room was opposite the showers, the noise was incredible all night, and the room was decently priced. In Bangkok, you could get a five-star hotel for the same price. Moscow is the capital of my homeland, but how is it better than Bangkok? It's just Moscow's greed for money, that's the whole story.

Winterfell This hotel should be a chain in Russia, see many, this one has the best rating. The quality of breakfast is up to standard. When I first checked in, there was a long queue at 14:00 for security check. The front desk said that the visa would be issued to Kai only when I left the hotel, so it was easy to miss it when I left the hotel. The location is very comfortable. It's a nice place to take a walk along the river in the garden behind.

Pros: The room was very clean, the heating was excellent, the facilities were complete, it's close to the subway station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the surrounding area is quiet with many residential communities.
Cons: It's very difficult to find a location; it's inside a residential complex, and the elevator is tiny.
Apart from that, it's all good, highly recommended.

This is a room I want to evaluate:
1. The geographical location is very good, 5 to 10 minutes walk from the subway station, 10 to 15 minutes walk from the art museum, and about 15 minutes walk from the Red Square;
2. Mainly because the decoration of this room is relatively new, just two floors, living in a feeling of home, a small recliner is tired to sit, a small table can work, you can eat something, very easy to use;
3. This location, such a comfortable feeling, the price of about 700 I think is very good, but don't set breakfast, breakfast is strongly not recommended.
4, next time you travel to Russia, you will also consider this hotel, the sense of security and comfort is very good!

Nice hotel in the center of Moscow. There is a cooler. The room is very clean. The first time you take a shower with curtains, it will definitely not cause disgust, because it is completely clean. There was almost no sound in the corridor, but we did not hear the sound of the neighboring room. Very inconsistent with the design of the hotel's wooden doors. Obviously, they left the Art Hotel Ecotel which was previously located here with a natural design. However, it is hoped that over time, they will be replaced by internal coordination.

IINTAN HASLINDADAVISI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival.
After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room.
What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response.
The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.

We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.

The floors and walls are stone, and the interior uses natural wood partitions, creating a refreshing and comfortable atmosphere! The ceilings are extremely high, making it very comfortable to stay in. However, the amenities provided are quite poor. There's only a family-sized bottle of shower gel and shampoo, and no slippers. The paper towels are very cheap, and it seems you have to ask for facial tissues. Overall, it's just average, but considering the location and relatively low price, it's still worth recommending!

I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.

YYang-янA perfect stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get to Independence Avenue and Victory Square. There are plenty of convenience stores and local cafes nearby, so you'll never worry about grabbing snacks or breakfast.
The hostel is incredibly clean. The bed linens are changed for every guest, and each bunk has a charging port and a blackout curtain. The shared bathrooms have plenty of hot water, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily, so there are absolutely no unpleasant odors.
The front desk staff are super thoughtful and speak excellent English. They even offer local travel tips, and the free luggage storage is a real lifesaver. The communal kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals and save on travel costs. In the evenings, chatting with backpackers from all over the world in the common area creates a wonderful atmosphere.
The value for money is outstanding. If you're traveling to Belarus, this place is a no-brainer. I'll definitely choose this hostel again next time I'm in Minsk!
