Apart Hotel RODINA Residences Vladivostok

A beautiful new hotel right in the heart of Vladivostok. Impeccable service, the room is perfectly equipped, and you'll find a sweet treat waiting for you upon check-in. There's a washing machine, even laundry detergent and conditioner, which is a big plus for me. The housekeeper brings a cookie, a small gesture, but a nice one. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel has a very pleasant aroma, like expensive perfume. Definitely worth the money. My husband and I visited the steak restaurant on the 14th floor and were very satisfied. I recommend it for those who value comfort, attention, and care.

Staying at OneSea has become a wonderful family tradition for us. We've been coming here every summer since it opened. We've stayed in the family room, but most often we book the Suite. The Suite is very comfortable and beautiful. Our stays in these apartments are always fantastic. A big thank you to the staff, who are always very attentive and polite. This time, we were quite amused by how comfortably the housekeeper arranged the toys we had in our room :)))

The hotel's location is unbeatable. There's a 24-hour supermarket right next door, and it's super close to attractions like the church and popular restaurants. The staff (the 'xiaojiejie' as we say in Chinese, a friendly term for young women) were incredibly warm and helpful, even escorting me to my room at check-in. The self-service coffee and tea were excellent, and having afternoon tea on the rooftop was incredibly chill (see pictures). The only downsides were the slightly small room size and some noise from the main road, but they thoughtfully provided high-quality earplugs (which I even took home!).

Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money.

When I went there was the end of May, in fact, the weather was still a bit cold, the temperature difference between morning and evening was large, but there was heating and air conditioning in the room (the previous Xiaohongshu said no, but there is, I don’t know if it is newly installed), my room is on the first floor. Next to the stairs, In addition to someone coming in and out of the building, it was a bit noisy. Other times were not bad. My room window was the main entrance. The scenery was very good. There was an Istanbul restaurant near the hotel (just at the door). There was a delicious dessert shop across the road. Within 10 minutes of walking, it was the Golden Cape Bay Bridge. 20 minutes walk to Fountain Square and Victory Square. The front desk can change rubles (exchange rate 1:10) The room is also very spacious, two people are enough. Overall good, praise ~

We were in Vladivostok on our way to China and decided to stay right in the city center... Overall, we didn't regret it; the location is indeed top-notch, on the local Arbat. But there are some nuances... Pros: location, good breakfast, friendly staff, kettle/tea/sugar in the room (no coffee/water, water cooler on the floor), everything necessary in the shower, generally clean everywhere. Cons: We were given a room with two beds, although we requested one double bed. There's a window, but it faces a wall so closely you can touch it. The room is very stuffy, and on the window, which is practically non-existent anyway, there's a sign saying not to open it. A room without a window should not be sold as a standard! The air conditioners are semi-functional and VERY dirty (the diffuser didn't work, I reached up to adjust the slat, looked inside, and it was all black with mold... they really need to service the air conditioners). The slippers in the room and shower are reusable plastic; I highly doubt they are disinfected, and you could easily catch a fungus... The refrigerator in the room is very loud.

Hello. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the city center. This isn't our first stay here. The hotel is old, even after renovation. We booked a room with a bay view, and I've attached photos. It's literally a 5-minute walk to the train and sea stations on Aleutskaya Street, and about a 10-minute leisurely stroll to the Government Square, which is Svetlana Street. We booked the room through Trip.ru. Even with some discounts, it was still expensive – 5150 rubles per night. The room itself is spacious, equipped with a wardrobe, nightstand, TV with remote, a double bed, a coffee table with two armchairs, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a mirror, an electric kettle, two tea sets with spoons, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a toilet, a bathtub with a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and multi-use soap and shower gel dispensers built into the wall. There's no shampoo or conditioner, but there is toilet paper. However, there are no tissues in the room. Disposable slippers are provided upon check-in. A big downside is that cleaning isn't done daily, and consequently, toiletries aren't replenished – we weren't aware of this. To get your room cleaned, you need to hang a sign (it's in the wardrobe). We did. Overall, for such a high price, daily cleaning and replenishment of sanitary and hygiene supplies should definitely be standard.

Good location, very close to the Million and central streets, where there is an opportunity to walk, eat or buy something - many are open until late in the evening. The embankment at the stadium is also literally in a couple of minutes walk, and to the other part of the city or on the Russian taxi takes without problems. In terms of silence - it may be plus this room, it is corner, the neighbors were not heard at all. The music from the cars standing on the other side of the move was more upset at night. The room has a fan and a minimum-equipped kitchen corner - a teapot, a microwave, a couple of cups, and a table. Take into account, there are no more dishes and devices except tea spoons too, if you take food with you, ask the devices. There is a function of order and delivery of food, in the room a small menu and order will bring to time, hang the package on the door handle. It is convenient that electronic locks - you don't have to wear a key or a card - you will have a digital code from the room. In general, the room is beautifully decorated and the photo in general is consistent and everything is perfect if you come literally to sleep and eat in the city. But there were a couple of negative moments. 1. Cleanness. Bad cleaning before settlement - right on the couch alien long black hair, puff at the door all in some spots like the couch itself. Bed linen and towels are clean, no complaints. 2. High humidity in the room. The sunset is a little tired or again poorly cleaned - between the tiles of the seams have already changed the color, possibly the mushroom, and somewhere the pot was flowing under the toilet. Plus weak ventilation - in the s/u very quickly becomes moist, and given the moist climate of Vladivostok, the open window does not always help. 3. Coma. Perhaps they were flying out of the window when ventilating, but it is better in the summer to buy something in advance - a spiral, or a fumigator if they interfere with you.

This Chinese-owned hotel has an excellent location. It's within walking distance of the train station and major city attractions, with convenient access to dining, shopping, and transportation nearby. The hotel facilities are well-equipped and sufficient, and the hygiene is good. However, due to the high number of tour groups, the service isn't great.
