"This hotel is located in the heart of Vladivostok, right on the pedestrian street, offering various art performances and colorful fountains. The room rate includes a delicious Russian buffet breakfast, which is absolutely great value for money. Just one street away, at Semenovskaya Square, there's a bus terminal where you can catch buses to all attractions. I even took the No. 23 bus from there to the long-distance bus station in the north. A thoughtful touch is that the first bus departs at 6:00 AM, and the international bus back to Hunchun leaves at 7:00 AM, which is very convenient for independent travelers like us ❤️"

"This is an excellent hotel in the city center, within walking distance of the train station, the embankment, banks, currency exchange offices, and cafes. We would give the service an even higher rating if we could. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly; they greeted us warmly and quickly processed everything we needed for our stay. They also provided a tourist brochure. A coffee machine is available 24/7 in the buffet area, and the room has a kettle and teacups. The breakfasts are of excellent quality, and the menu changes daily, with delicious dishes. The room is compact but has everything you need. The windows open (it was important for us to be able to air out the room from outside). The bed is comfortable, and there's a hairdryer and even a heater. They also helped us easily prepare the accommodation document for our expense report."

Feels like paradise, everything made with taste and care, every detail is so accurate so I give my respect to the owner. "This hotel is pretty good. First off, the location is great, close to the train station which makes getting around super convenient. Secondly, the room was very clean and even had a balcony, which was nice for airing it out. The bed comfort was decent."

"It took about two hours to get the access codes for the room and the hotel. During this time, I was denied the Wi-Fi password (they said it would come with the other codes). Meanwhile, attempts to reach staff on the only number provided in the contacts for 20 or 30 minutes were unsuccessful (no one answered). Without a reception desk, there was simply no way to contact the hotel in this situation, and I couldn't figure out where the staff member physically was during that time. The only available person I could find was a barista in a mini-coffee shop, who couldn't help me at all and just suggested I keep calling the number. The staff member never called back themselves, meaning missed calls aren't checked (or are ignored). They finally picked up on the 4th attempt. After that, the code issue was resolved instantly. According to the staff member, the delay was caused by a system freeze. This means if they had monitored the whole process during check-in, this situation wouldn't have happened. On the plus side, physical access to the room was granted immediately with the staff's own code. Thanks for that, I didn't have to sit in the lobby for two hours."

"The hotel's front desk is on the 7th and 8th floors of the building. You check in on the 8th floor. I forgot to read reviews when I booked this hotel and had to ask several passersby for directions. Thankfully, some staff members in the building helped me out. Huge thanks to those kind locals! 🙏 My room this time had a window overlooking a church and Vladivostok's iconic bridge (with a telephoto lens, you can get absolutely stunning scenic shots*1) - see photo P1. For the hotel's location, you can check P2, where I've marked it for everyone. It's an excellent downtown spot, convenient for getting anywhere (just a heads-up, Vladivostok has a lot of steep roads, so be careful if you're carrying large luggage). The room is fully equipped with amenities (microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, wardrobe, hairdryer, etc.). I wish everyone a great travel experience!"

"Pros: The breakfasts are really great — a variety of fruits, meats, fish. There are fresh juices, good coffee. The quality is above average. The mattresses and bed are comfortable. The room on the 10th floor had a heater — it helped dry clothes after walking in the humid climate of Vladivostok. Cons: The main discomfort was moving. Every time, when extending the stay, you had to vacate the room and move to another, even if the same category was booked. This took time and created inconvenience — things were packed in a hurry, some remained damp. The hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but in fact — a solid 3+. The rooms have not been renovated for about 15 years. The doors and walls are tired. I was also surprised that when booking through a Chinese website, they provide a higher room category, although in the Russian system it is considered the same. This creates a feeling of double standards. Bottom line: If you book in advance at the reduced price (~3000₽), this is an acceptable option. At full price, it's rather overpriced. The staff is polite, but the system for handling extensions needs to be revised. ⸻"

"The suite is very spacious, accommodating three people comfortably. The sea view from the window is beautiful. We visited in summer, but I imagine it would have a different, perhaps even more charming, vibe in winter. Overall, it felt clean and refreshing. There are steps to reach the elevators, but thankfully there are three of them. We noticed many Chinese guests staying here. We had to carry our luggage to the elevator ourselves during check-in, but a kind gentleman helped us with it during check-out, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was also very satisfying; I usually have bread and coffee at home anyway. I'd recommend taking a taxi from the station, otherwise you'll be climbing uphill the whole way. To get to the main street, just go down the steps in front of the hotel, turn right towards the Ferris wheel, and you're there – very convenient."

"We booked a sea view room in Vladivostok. The room was large and clean, with a small living room and a microwave, which was very convenient for heating up some delicious food. There are several buses in front of this hotel, the stop names are shown in Figure 2. Bus No. 23 in Figure 1 can go directly to the city center of Vladivostok. There is a bus every five or six minutes. The transportation is convenient and the fare is not expensive, at 45 rubles per ticket. I stayed for two days, and the breakfast was different for both days, with variety to satisfy different tastes. There is a large supermarket near the hotel, which is only a few minutes' walk away, making shopping very convenient. This price is still very good value in Vladivostok. My friend is going to Vladivostok in June and plans to stay at this hotel."

"The room is brand new, and has a lovely ocean view from the window. It’s overall a nice place to stay. That said, the male front desk staff came off as pretty arrogant and could definitely work on his customer service attitude. I’d give it a solid 3 stars overall."
