"Overall, it was pretty good, except that when I asked for the wifi password, a male front desk staff gave me a blank look, which I didn't understand. In addition, the dog in the yard kept barking all night, and we were woken up many times for almost two nights. The water also has a strong rusty smell. The bathroom floor was dirty, but everything else was fine."

"It took about two hours to get the access codes for the room and the hotel. During this time, I was denied the Wi-Fi password (they said it would come with the other codes). Meanwhile, attempts to reach staff on the only number provided in the contacts for 20 or 30 minutes were unsuccessful (no one answered). Without a reception desk, there was simply no way to contact the hotel in this situation, and I couldn't figure out where the staff member physically was during that time. The only available person I could find was a barista in a mini-coffee shop, who couldn't help me at all and just suggested I keep calling the number. The staff member never called back themselves, meaning missed calls aren't checked (or are ignored). They finally picked up on the 4th attempt. After that, the code issue was resolved instantly. According to the staff member, the delay was caused by a system freeze. This means if they had monitored the whole process during check-in, this situation wouldn't have happened. On the plus side, physical access to the room was granted immediately with the staff's own code. Thanks for that, I didn't have to sit in the lobby for two hours."

"The navigation was pretty accurate, and I had no trouble finding the hotel. The room size was decent, and the breakfast had a good variety, changing daily. The front desk service was excellent! They even proactively used a translator to communicate with me. When I left the hotel in the evening, the lights were on and it looked so beautiful, and I could even faintly see the sea in front! Vladivostok is truly stunning! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. It's also very close to Century Canteen, KFC, Rakushka restaurant (where you can eat king crab), and the 'Stop the War' statue that Jay Chou visited. Overall, since the city is quite small, it's convenient to get anywhere."

"We stayed for one night as we were passing through. The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The sofa, meant for two children, seemed a bit small, but luckily our kids are slender. We had a beautiful view from the 9th floor. The buffet breakfast was tasty; the selection wasn't huge, but no one left hungry. The only big drawback was the carpet, which had an unpleasant musty smell."

"Great location! This building houses several hotels. Upon arrival, you go up to the 8th floor to the front desk for check-in. Walking downhill to the main street, turn right for the Centennial Canteen. Turning left downhill on the main street leads directly to the waterfront. Alternatively, you can cut through the unfinished building in front of the hotel, cross the road, and there's a staircase slightly to your right that takes you straight to the beach. Walking straight downhill also leads to Fountain Street. It's really incredibly convenient. The service was also very warm and welcoming. On the day we left, I needed to use the restroom, and because it required opening and closing the door, a staff member waited outside the room for me. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness!"

"A wonderful hotel with an excellent location and service. Our room had a sea view, and in the morning we enjoyed watching the sunrise with the bridge in the background. The room itself was small but very cozy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was modest, but everyone could find something to eat (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, several types of sausages and cheese, hot dogs, porridge, toast, yogurts, nuts, vegetables, fruits, several types of oils, two types of juice, tea, coffee, milk, croissants). You could also get free coffee, tea, etc., at any time. The staff was polite. The only slight disappointment was the smell of the shower gel; everything else was great."

"We've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The location is convenient, but the carpets are definitely due for a change, especially in the rooms. The rooms are a bit on the small side. The towel warmer is cold, so you can't dry socks or anything else on it. On the 6th floor, you have to let the water run for a while to get hot water. Overall, it's a 3-star hotel, which is fair. We keep choosing it because of its location."

"Проживаем не первый раз в этом апарт-отеле, в этот раз нам достался номер в мансарде, я считаю такой номер надо согласовывать, так как очень крутая лестница вверх, что не очень удобно пожилым гостям, размер комнаты подходит скорее для одного, кровать двуспальная, но одеяло полуторное одно, очень неудобное. Хорошо было то, что решили вопрос с водой, которой не было по приезду, быстро реагировали на информацию. Есть пожелание отремонтировать дорогу к отелю, в этом историческом место ужасные подъездные пути, вечером очень темно и куча мусора возле входной двери."

"The location is great. The owner is very welcoming and speaks English. The room is fully equipped and the heating is particularly good. The kitchen downstairs can heat the food by itself. There is free water and tea. I will choose here next time."

"1. This is a typical capsule hotel. Having used many in Japan, it felt much the same. The bedding and common areas were in good condition. 2. The restrooms were clean, but it felt like the odor didn't dissipate well. 3. The shower rooms were also quite clean. However, there was one stall where the water didn't drain, causing it to pool, but after a thorough cleaning, it was fine. 4. They provide many amenities like slippers, toothbrushes, and earplugs. People were quiet and polite. 5. When I requested a proof of residency, they provided it for free."
