"The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, on a pedestrian street. Everything is within walking distance: attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. On the downside: I booked a room with two separate beds, but we were given one with a single bed. They suggested the second person sleep on a short sofa. After a long discussion, they finally found us a room with two beds, but it was a cheaper room, and no one refunded the price difference. It was advertised that airport transfer was a complimentary gift. I contacted the hotel in advance, wrote emails, and called, but no one ever got back to me. I ended up getting there on my own. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"Located in a rather run down building, it's hard to spot. The building facilities are relatively old, and the design of the elevator is also old-fashioned. If the door is not closed after use, the elevator cannot be used. Reception is not a 24-hour service. It was already ten o'clock when we arrived. Fortunately, there were international calls, otherwise we would not be able to contact the staff for checkin. But the room facilities are good, cleaned every day, very tidy."

"If you're coming from Skadarlija Street, you'll have to drag your luggage over the cobblestone streets (taxis can't access it). The hotel entrance to the front desk is all stairs, so carrying heavy luggage is quite a challenge! (Though the staff did help me carry it.) The building is old but spacious and renovated, and the facilities were new and clean. There was instant coffee provided. I had read reviews saying there were no amenities, so I brought my own slippers, but towels were available. When I checked out, the taxi I had asked them to call didn't show up. When I returned to the hotel, it was already locked (at 11:30 AM). This is a very charming area, once known as Belgrade's Montmartre, where artists used to gather, and there were many Serbian restaurants."

"The location is excellent, and the renovation is fresh. That's where the positives end. From my perspective, the booking cost was significantly overpriced. They seriously let me down with breakfast: it was canceled without any prior notice, even though it was critically important for me due to limited time. Had I known this in advance, I would have chosen a much cheaper hotel or apartment. There were also noticeable issues with security (lock codes are too simple, allowing unauthorized access) and poor sound insulation. The towels weren't visible but were stored in the cabinet under the sink (a minor detail, but it raises questions about the service). The price does not match the quality and reliability of the services."

"The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet."

"I had a great stay at Level luxury Suites The location is perfect, close to all important things in Belgrade. the rooms is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. "Very good hotel. Lovely staff on the desk and the gentleman and lady who serve on the bar downstairs. Even though we had a day of water outage- the hotel provided bottled water and kept us updated. The rooms are clean and modern. Shower amazing. Would definitely return."

"The air conditioning was terrible; it felt like the vents were completely blocked, making temperature control useless. However, they provided AESOP shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which was amazing. What's ridiculous is that the TV initially had YouTube, but then the function suddenly disappeared while I was watching."
