"The hotel's environment is beautiful and distinctive. The hotel's service is considerate, providing all-weather service and enthusiastic front desk service.
Room facilities: The room is spacious, exquisitely decorated, clean and tidy, and provides a comfortable sleeping environment.
Catering service: The catering service provided by the hotel is satisfactory.
Location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and convenient for travel.
The price of the hotel is reasonable and good value for money."
"The hotel boasts an excellent location – just a short walk puts you right in the city center. Nearby, there's a Lidl supermarket and a fantastic spot serving delicious smash burgers. The room itself was very comfortable, and the Smart TV was a big plus.
We had breakfast during our stay. The idea of small, buffet-style portions is great, but unfortunately, the staff didn't refill the dishes often enough – that's definitely something that could be improved.
The real highlight of this place is the top floor (seventh floor). Besides the restaurant and conference room, there's a bar where guests can play free billiards. The entire floor also offers stunning city views, which is truly impressive. Overall, I recommend it!"
"The hotel is neat, offers a hearty breakfast and is located right in front of a bus stop with buses running regularly and frequently towards the city centre. Very nice and cozy, great value for money"
"This is a B&B. Don’t believe that you can check in at 14:00. Then you have to pay a little tax (tens of Taiwan dollars) every day. The guy who handles it has acceptable English skills and is very enthusiastic. There is a cute cat inside. Cat Shopkeeper, the Danube River and the famous outdoor Pub are nearby (about 5-10 minutes walk), but the transportation is not so convenient, and the nearest bus stop takes 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to take a taxi."
"Good aparthotel in terms of price/quality ratio.
Good location: very close to Tasmajdan.
Friendly and helpful staff.
There's a minibar in the rooms.
Wi Fi is fine.
It is possible to use the gym or swimming pool in the same premises (booking in advance via the reception is required)."
"Nice room with comfortable beds in a very central location in Belgrade. The rooms are located on the 4th floor of a building, which can be reached by a small elevator; this makes them not very accessible to those who have mobility problems. The staff was extremely polite and friendly."
"Great hotel. The location is super convenient. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet – I couldn't hear any of my neighbors at all. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help."
"The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar.
Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast.
Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free.
What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant."
"The room was clean. However, there was a rather high threshold before entering the bathroom, which I found a bit of a tripping hazard. In the morning, construction work started, so we were woken up by drilling. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you can smell urine, but that's something you notice throughout the city. The city center and the fortress are quite close by."
"An excellent option for a stay in Belgrade! The rooms are cozy and clean, everything is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable rest. The location is very convenient — it's easy to get to the center and main attractions, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff are friendly and responsive; check-in was quick and hassle-free. It's quiet and peaceful, we slept wonderfully. Good value for money. We recommend it and would definitely return on our next visit to Belgrade!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
HHarun Y.The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and serviced daily. There is a large, high-quality TV. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Shower gel, body lotion, and liquid hand soap are provided.
The air conditioning is modern and centrally controlled. The breakfast staff are very polite and attentive. The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products.
The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended.
For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time.
Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended.
AAyuanI stayed in Belgrade for six days and compared two hotels. This hotel was where I stayed for the last three days, and I was very satisfied.
1. Great location: two subway stops from the National Museum, and a supermarket just meters to the left.
2. The staff were warm, attentive, and patient.
3. Spacious room: the room type matched the pictures and descriptions, and the room was cleaned and towels changed daily.
4. The breakfast on the first floor had a wide variety of options and was nutritious.
GGuest UserIt was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.
ММариша АдамсExcellent, spacious room. I was initially given a room on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. I asked to be upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor because my suitcase was very heavy, and there are also many steps to the reception desk, which was difficult for me. They upgraded my room without any problems. The room was clean, there was a bar, multi-level lighting, and hot water was available without any problems. It's in the old town area. The road to the hotel is cobblestone, so you can't drive right up to it. You'll have to walk about 300 meters. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby.
ННикифорA good, new hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the modern part of Belgrade. There's a huge shopping mall nearby with everything you need, from shops to restaurants. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, plus à la carte dishes and drinks. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The spa is excellent, featuring a hammam, sauna, and bio-sauna. During my visit, it was often just me, or at most one other person, so I frequently had it all to myself.
MMsViktoria21What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.
GGuest UserLocated on the banks of the Danube in Belgrade, this hotel features a spa, a quiet environment, and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a relaxing morning stroll along the riverbank – highly recommended.
Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
