"I stayed at this apart-hotel in Zemun and was very satisfied.
Everything was excellent — the room was clean and cozy, with comfortable furniture and modern equipment. The area is quiet, with cafes and shops nearby, and it is easy to reach the city center.
I especially want to highlight the attentive staff — as a foreigner, I was helped with the temporary registration, which is very important for staying in Serbia. This made all the formalities much easier.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and reliable accommodation in Belgrade."
"The hotel is very close to the China Cultural Center, a 12-minute walk away. The hotel interior is a bit old; the bed creaks when you turn over. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the rooms are quite small. There are no slippers or toiletries provided; you have to bring your own."
"The shower room was very small, and the bathroom fan was quite loud.
I stayed for four days and only had housekeeping done once.
The breakfast was so-so; only the fried eggs were decent.
The bedside lamp didn't work.
The only highlight was its location on the Danube River; you could see swans right outside the door."
"Located on the banks of the Danube in Belgrade, this hotel features a spa, a quiet environment, and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a relaxing morning stroll along the riverbank – highly recommended."
"The room environment was alright.
Complaint 1: The curtains weren't wide enough and didn't block out the light well; even with them drawn, the room was still very bright at night.
Complaint 2: The worst part was the main light; it turned on every minute. I finally managed to fall asleep, and I was woken up four or five times during the night by the light. Even removing the power card didn't help."
"Located next to the Danube, it's a great experience and worth staying.
It's just not convenient to go to the city, but at least there is a bus stop nearby, so you can go wherever you want. It's a good place for vacation"
"The hotel belongs to the small villa type, especially quiet at night, the weather in Serbia is very good these days, breakfast people are very few, very rich, I have a very good impression of this hotel, the most important thing is that the room is large, the bed is large, there are toothbrushes and toiletries, this is too difficult to see in Europe."
"Very good store, the landlord is very welcoming, the room is large and warm, the facilities are complete, and the bedding is good. The bathroom is also relatively large, I like it, although the price is more expensive than other stores, it is worth it. The location is very good."
"Nice hotel in building housing the Chinese Cultural Centre in New Belgrade, next to the Japanese embassy. The corner room on the third floor was spacious and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the view from the windows is minimal owing to the creative design of the building facade. There was quite some noise - loud music, talking - during the daytime (9-18:00) coming from the offices on the floor above the room. Another letdown was that the only elevator was not working during the two days of my stay there (no sign of repair on the second day, despite assurances from the staff). Breakfast (largely Chinese style) was good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Full marks for service!"

Amazing
GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
HHarun Y.The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and serviced daily. There is a large, high-quality TV. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Shower gel, body lotion, and liquid hand soap are provided.
The air conditioning is modern and centrally controlled. The breakfast staff are very polite and attentive. The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products.
The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended.
For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time.
Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended.
AAyuanI stayed in Belgrade for six days and compared two hotels. This hotel was where I stayed for the last three days, and I was very satisfied.
1. Great location: two subway stops from the National Museum, and a supermarket just meters to the left.
2. The staff were warm, attentive, and patient.
3. Spacious room: the room type matched the pictures and descriptions, and the room was cleaned and towels changed daily.
4. The breakfast on the first floor had a wide variety of options and was nutritious.
GGuest UserIt was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.
ММариша АдамсExcellent, spacious room. I was initially given a room on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. I asked to be upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor because my suitcase was very heavy, and there are also many steps to the reception desk, which was difficult for me. They upgraded my room without any problems. The room was clean, there was a bar, multi-level lighting, and hot water was available without any problems. It's in the old town area. The road to the hotel is cobblestone, so you can't drive right up to it. You'll have to walk about 300 meters. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby.
ННикифорA good, new hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the modern part of Belgrade. There's a huge shopping mall nearby with everything you need, from shops to restaurants. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, plus à la carte dishes and drinks. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The spa is excellent, featuring a hammam, sauna, and bio-sauna. During my visit, it was often just me, or at most one other person, so I frequently had it all to myself.
ЛЛюбовьВGreat hotel. The location is super convenient. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet – I couldn't hear any of my neighbors at all. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help.
MMsViktoria21What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.
Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
