"The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar. Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast. Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free. What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant."

Appreciate it there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son. but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip. at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period."

В номере было чисто, кровать застилали каждый день, 1 раз за 9 ночей поменяли бельё. Полотенца новые каждый день. Завтраки отличные, шведский стол, есть бекон и сосиски, омлет, яичница, фрукты и много выпечки. С радостью вернусь снова. Хозяин отеля даже немного говорит по-русски"

The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products. The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended. For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended."

"Nice breakfast buffet that included in the price, the rooms are good, but dark with no sunlight and worn out, you can see dirty walls for example. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! Location is not bad, near the center of the city. It was uphill walk to the hotel when I first arrived, thought it’s not really convenient, but you get used to it for walking and not extremely high"
