"The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar.
Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast.
Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free.
What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant."
"Located on the banks of the Danube in Belgrade, this hotel features a spa, a quiet environment, and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a relaxing morning stroll along the riverbank – highly recommended."
"The hotel is well located, next to the stop from which the bus A1 leaves to the airport. . There were problems with settlement, arrived at 12.00, but there was no administrator on the spot, I had to call and wait for it. From the window very strongly duo (stop in January). If one night, you can stop. For a longer period, I would recommend another hotel."
"Nice room with comfortable beds in a very central location in Belgrade. The rooms are located on the 4th floor of a building, which can be reached by a small elevator; this makes them not very accessible to those who have mobility problems. The staff was extremely polite and friendly."
"Very convenient and clear in service hotel. check-in is fast and check-out was also done simply by handing over the keys. 1 minute. we appreciated the breakfasts, which are exactly like in the pics. variety of dishes, everything is very fresh and hot. Room service and the restaurant work more than 10 points. Thanks to them. Appreciate it
there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son.
but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip.
at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period."
"Facilities: A new big-name hotel, one of the best-equipped hotels in Belgrade. SPA, massage, gym, hot spring and other facilities are very complete.
Hygiene: Good
Environment: The hotel is large, and the surrounding area is not a downtown area, but the distance is not far, so it is still very convenient if you drive.
Service: Overall it is good, but except for the front desk staff, they don’t speak English very well, and the attitude of some service staff is not very warm and friendly."
"Отель находится в спальном районе, до него очень удобно добраться на общественном транспорте. Также он близко расположен к автовокзалу. В номере было чисто, кровать застилали каждый день, 1 раз за 9 ночей поменяли бельё. Полотенца новые каждый день. Завтраки отличные, шведский стол, есть бекон и сосиски, омлет, яичница, фрукты и много выпечки. С радостью вернусь снова. Хозяин отеля даже немного говорит по-русски"
"The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and serviced daily. There is a large, high-quality TV. The minibar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Shower gel, body lotion, and liquid hand soap are provided.
The air conditioning is modern and centrally controlled. The breakfast staff are very polite and attentive. The chef’s raisin cookies are outstanding. Cheese options are available for guests who do not prefer pork products.
The reception team is warm and helpful. The hotel does not have a spa, only a brochure from another hotel. There is no tour desk, but the reception assists with everything. In winter, exploring the city independently is recommended.
For taxis, Yandex Go is the best option. I used a private airport transfer both ways; the price was almost the same as a taxi and perfectly on time.
Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, well-located, and recently modernized. Highly recommended."
"Nice breakfast buffet that included in the price, the rooms are good, but dark with no sunlight and worn out, you can see dirty walls for example. Staff are super friendly and welcoming! Location is not bad, near the center of the city. It was uphill walk to the hotel when I first arrived, thought it’s not really convenient, but you get used to it for walking and not extremely high"

Amazing
GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
AAyuanI stayed in Belgrade for six days and compared two hotels. This hotel was where I stayed for the last three days, and I was very satisfied.
1. Great location: two subway stops from the National Museum, and a supermarket just meters to the left.
2. The staff were warm, attentive, and patient.
3. Spacious room: the room type matched the pictures and descriptions, and the room was cleaned and towels changed daily.
4. The breakfast on the first floor had a wide variety of options and was nutritious.
GGuest UserIt was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.
GGuest UserI spent my New Year holidays at this hotel, and the experience was truly excellent.
First of all, I want to highlight the outstanding level of service. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. From the front desk to the concierge team, everyone was helpful, polite, and quick to assist with any request. It really made the stay feel smooth and stress-free.
The rooms deserve special mention as well. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was simply luxurious. The overall comfort and quality of the room were top-level.
Finally, the spa area was a real highlight. A beautiful and well-designed space with multiple saunas, a great pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxing fitness and wellness atmosphere. It felt like a true retreat after a long day.
The food was also excellent, fresh, and very tasty. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended.
ММариша АдамсExcellent, spacious room. I was initially given a room on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. I asked to be upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor because my suitcase was very heavy, and there are also many steps to the reception desk, which was difficult for me. They upgraded my room without any problems. The room was clean, there was a bar, multi-level lighting, and hot water was available without any problems. It's in the old town area. The road to the hotel is cobblestone, so you can't drive right up to it. You'll have to walk about 300 meters. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby.
ННикифорA good, new hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the modern part of Belgrade. There's a huge shopping mall nearby with everything you need, from shops to restaurants. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, plus à la carte dishes and drinks. The rooms are spacious, new, and clean, with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The spa is excellent, featuring a hammam, sauna, and bio-sauna. During my visit, it was often just me, or at most one other person, so I frequently had it all to myself.
ЛЛюбовьВGreat hotel. The location is super convenient. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet – I couldn't hear any of my neighbors at all. The front desk staff were friendly and always ready to help.
MMsViktoria21What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.
Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere.
The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase.
Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom.
According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
