"The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a large window and a balcony. The only downside was having to carry luggage up the stairs to check in. The location was super convenient, walking distance to all the attractions in Porto!"

"The hotel's location right in front of Boliao Market was excellent, making it easy to access all tourist spots. It's like a slightly larger, wooden capsule hotel, and the condition was surprisingly good, so it wasn't bad at all. The overall interior design of the hotel had a modern vibe, and there was a water tank (?) on the rooftop where you could dip your feet, though not actually swim. They offer a stylishly decorated Carlsberg as a welcome drink. However, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Also, I went to check out the sauna on the second floor because it was advertised, but it wasn't working each time I went. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and it would probably be good to go during their open hours (though I didn't use them myself). Everything else was great. The staff were all very friendly too."

"Great location and value for money! My husband accidentally left his wedding ring at the hotel, and we contacted the staff immediately. The team was incredibly professional and responsive. They arranged the ring to be sent all the way from Porto to Malaysia. We are deeply grateful for their honesty, efficiency and kindness. Words cannot express how thankful we are. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is brand new, you feel it directly in everything you see or use. The staff is very friendly and smiling, apart from that it is definitely in an ideal location for touristic places to visit in Porto. It is difficult to find parking in the center of Porto but it is not a problem here, there is a very spacious and large underground parking lot. Our accommodation is 10 out of 10, we definitely recommend it."

"A good 4* hotel in the middle of city on the main Santa Catarina road which is the main walking street of the city. Cafe Majestic is only a five minute walk from this hotel. Good start for families, couples and solo alike."

The room is quite spacious and clean. The towels are clean and sufficient. There are kitchen appliances, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and even a mini dishwasher. An iron and ironing board, as well as a safe, are available. Definitely recommended. Suggestion: At least 1 liter of water could have been provided in the refrigerator. The internet connection is very weak. The Wi-Fi should be improved."

"We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation."

"Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappoin**ent was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again."
