"The room was cozy but wouldn’t recommend esp if you are travelling with luggages. The road in front of the hotel is closed for construction and there is just a narrow uphill stoned path to walk to the hotel. Also im not sure if it is the concierge lady or hotel policy, but they are reallly inflexible with late check-out request!! I explained that my partner is unwell, needed the loo and I asked for an additional 15mins pass check-out time (so 12:15pm) and i was informed that there’ll be a charge of 15 Euros!!! In terms of shower amenities, only 2 small tubes of 2-in-1 bath shampoo was provided. Overall i wouldnt return to this hotel again."

"The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom had a large window and a balcony. The only downside was having to carry luggage up the stairs to check in. The location was super convenient, walking distance to all the attractions in Porto!"

"The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. You can walk to all the major attractions, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it."

"The hotel's location right in front of Boliao Market was excellent, making it easy to access all tourist spots. It's like a slightly larger, wooden capsule hotel, and the condition was surprisingly good, so it wasn't bad at all. The overall interior design of the hotel had a modern vibe, and there was a water tank (?) on the rooftop where you could dip your feet, though not actually swim. They offer a stylishly decorated Carlsberg as a welcome drink. However, the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Also, I went to check out the sauna on the second floor because it was advertised, but it wasn't working each time I went. There's a restaurant and bar on the ground floor, and it would probably be good to go during their open hours (though I didn't use them myself). Everything else was great. The staff were all very friendly too."

"Great location and value for money! My husband accidentally left his wedding ring at the hotel, and we contacted the staff immediately. The team was incredibly professional and responsive. They arranged the ring to be sent all the way from Porto to Malaysia. We are deeply grateful for their honesty, efficiency and kindness. Words cannot express how thankful we are. Highly recommended!"

The room is quite spacious and clean. The towels are clean and sufficient. There are kitchen appliances, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, and even a mini dishwasher. An iron and ironing board, as well as a safe, are available. Definitely recommended. Suggestion: At least 1 liter of water could have been provided in the refrigerator. The internet connection is very weak. The Wi-Fi should be improved."

"The room is spacious and clean. The staff was helpful as we have to take our luggage upstairs for lift. The location is perfect. Walkable distance to many famous spots."

"The staff are very warm and welcoming. They go out of their way to answer questions and help with anything. The common area is set up to encourage conversation, and the kitchen is well stocked. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable. I was on the 4th floor and the view was spectacular. Porto is a beautiful city."

"The room size was perfectly adequate for two people, and the hotel decor was also quite nice. I had a very comfortable stay for one night. The hotel is very close to the city center, so it might be a little noisy. The overall lighting was quite atmospheric, but the bathroom lighting was a bit too dim, which isn't ideal for women applying makeup. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and it even came with a complimentary mini bottle of red wine from a famous Porto winery."

"It was a pity that the water leaked from under the hand washroom, but the location was great near San Bent station! There was a place to eat delicious breakfast nearby, and there was no problem with the plan without breakfast!"
