"We are familiar with the Red Planet hotels and our main one is in Binondo. We went here to Timog for some errands and stayed here.
As usual, rooms are clean and staff are amazing. And yes, the price is affordable. One thing of note with this location is that they have grab lockers outside for food delivery so keep that in mind.
You will need to go downstairs and scan the QR code on the grab app or enter a code given to you in the grab app to unlock your locker and collect the food."
"I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and comfortable stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. 😊🫶"
"The room I booked is not yet prepared when we checked in. I also.booked for a queen de luxe, single bed but they gave us 2 single bed joined together. It feels uncomfortable for me and my husband who just arrived abroad.
When we get inside the room, no bathrobes, no tissue, and can't even call the front desk to request, phone is not working. TV can't be operated. The price is not comensurrated with the amenities. The breakfast as well isn't that much to choose from, the price is too high for it's value. Hope this will improve to compete with others."
"Hop Inn is widely known as a reliable budget hotel chain—especially popular in the Philippines and Thailand. It’s designed for travelers who want clean, no-frills accommodation at an affordable price."
"The hotel is located in a commercial area, with a mall on the lower four floors, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The environment is excellent, and the service is also good. The rooftop pool is very clean, and in the evening, you can enjoy the breeze and have a drink up there."
"Good food (Don Tomas), and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel did try their best to provide for our requests and needs. A perfect place to stay if you're planning to make the most out of Tomas Morato."
"The best thing about Hotel DreamWorld North EDSA is its location. It’s very convenient and close to malls, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around.
However, the hotel itself was just average. The room was okay but could use better maintenance and updating. Cleanliness and overall comfort could also be improved. The staff were fine, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations.
It’s a decent option if your priority is the location, but there is definitely room for improvement."
"The staff is the best thing in this hotel, especially the night shifts. If I remember it right their names were Leann & Kat (front receptionists), the housekeeping, the boys in green on the front lobby andeven the security guard who asssisted us in the parking were great! True Filipino hospitality. The first night was horrible the bed was hard and makes a loud noise every time u move. I saw in other reviews that was the main complained on that hotel. I made a complained on the front desks next day (morning) & the receptionist just smiled & shrugged it off. When I came back in the night I was ready to leave & moved to another hotel but the receptionists (Leann & Kat) made me try & choose different rooms which was better, bed are still hard but the sheets made it softer & the room was a little updated. They were so nice since my family lives nearby they advise me to stay since the staff were all nice. I booked through Trip.com, processing was fast. There are other hotels nearby, mgt should update their rooms to compete, there’s only 1 socket in the room & they provide 1 extension, beds are very uncomfortable, bathroom sinks doesn’t drain, water is on the hallway, water jug in the rooms have molds, Hallways on all floors have no AC, TV just have “Cignal” channel no access for Netflix or youtube. Aside from the restaurant downstairs & the friendly staff, there’s nothing special in this hotel."
"While the exterior wasn't particularly impressive, the interior was clean and comfortable. My room had no view, facing the wall of the adjacent building. The air conditioning was a quiet split-type unit. The breakfast, though limited in variety, was delicious. Usually, it's a buffet, but on one day, there were no dishes laid out, and staff brought a single plate to each guest. I assume this was done because there weren't many guests. The pool was tiny, more like an outdoor bath at a public bathhouse – definitely not suitable for adults to swim in; it's more of an afterthought. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's a clean hotel with good value for money."

Amazing
LLstory8Stayed here again in Quezon City, near Manila's city center, and this hotel is fantastic value for money! It's very new, and the service is incredibly attentive. They also change up the breakfast, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting the area; the value for money is truly exceptional!!!!!
GGuest UserSeda Vertis North is a gem in QC. It is the perfect staycation destination in this area — it’s close to the malls, the location is quiet, the facilities are well maintained. You get the perks and conveniences of a Shangri La like slippers, bath robes, an ironing board in the room, verbena and lemon scented toiletries, super comfortable bed and excellent staff, all at a reasonable price. Kudos to Ms. Monday San Miguel, Asst Director of Rooms for taking really good of us.
AAndro ChavezDuring my recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA for a concert at the SkyDome, I also booked an additional room for my sister and a friend, who stayed for one night for the same purpose. The hotel’s location was ideal for all of us, especially since we were attending the same event.
Their check-in experience was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional front desk staff who handled the process well despite the weekend crowd.
The room they stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities such as toiletries, coffee and tea, a hair dryer, and reliable air-conditioning were all provided and met expectations. The water dispensers located near the lifts on every floor were also appreciated for their convenience.
Breakfast the next morning was decent, with a selection that leaned toward Filipino dishes, which they enjoyed. It was a satisfying start to the day before checking out.
Overall, their one-night stay was pleasant and comfortable, and it complemented my own experience at the hotel very well. Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA is a solid choice for guests attending concerts or events in the area.
GGuest UserI had an excellent stay at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood! The staff were very accommodating, and I want to especially commend Cate from the reception for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and made the check-in process so smooth. Cate went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I also want to commend the bellboy's for going extra mile in helping us with our luggages. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, thanks to Cate and the rest of the team!
MMisisCWe absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service.
We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues.
Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong.
The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued.
We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place.
Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel.
When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have.
It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.
AAnonymous UserGood location near the araneta collisium, affordable price and I highly recommend their breakfast buffet. My suggestions would be their toiletries and room lights. Management needs to replace the towels because it looks old and adds more light in the room. It took us almost 30 minutes to complete the check in process.
GGabDCAstrotel Cubao: The Ultimate Hub for Convenience
If you are looking for a place that is literally in the middle of everything, Astrotel Cubao is a top-tier choice. Its location makes it one of the most accessible budget hotels in Quezon City.
1. Transportation at Your Doorstep
The biggest win for this hotel is its proximity to major transit lines.
• MRT-3 & LRT-2: You are just a 1 to 3-minute walk from the MRT Cubao Station and about 5–9 minutes from the LRT-2 Gateway Station. This makes traveling across Metro Manila incredibly easy.
• Bus Terminals: Since it’s near EDSA, you are walking distance to provincial bus terminals like Partas and Isarog, which is perfect if you’re heading out of town.
2. Shop & Dine with Ease
You don’t have to go far for food or errands. The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:
• Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.
• 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.
3. A Comfortable & Thematic Stay
The stay itself is very convenient because:
• Themed Rooms: They have fun, ”galaxy-inspired” rooms that give the place a unique vibe.
• Great Service: Guests often praise the staff for being very accommodating—they even offer free room upgrades when available!
• Amenities: You get the essentials like strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and smart TVs in select rooms.
JJ.G.P.A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep.
Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys.
Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.
AAnthony Josh MallariThe place is great! It's clean and it's nice that there's a gym and pool that's why we enjoyed our stay here. Also, I love how the staff accommodate us.
