Had one of the best hotel experiences here.... I can't decide where to book and decided to stay here after reading good reviews and we were very happy with our stay... (Booked another room, so don't be surprised if some parts of this review sound familiar 😉) We truly felt the ”alagang Filipino” (Filipino hospitality) throughout our stay—from the moment we arrived until we checked out,... Our room was clean and well-equipped with toiletries, soft towels, bathrobes, disposable slippers, an iron and ironing board, a microwave, mini fridge, electric kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea, which were replenished daily..... What I loved the most was the buffet breakfast -- everything we tried was delicious..... it mainly featured Filipino breakfast favorites such as beef tapa, fried dried fish, corned beef, and a variety of pickled side dishes (see the photos for reference),... The rice was always cooked perfectly (just the way I like it😍), and there were consistently two options available—plain rice and a flavored rice that changed daily.... They also had other breakfast options, including Western dishes --- plus they offered eggs cooked to your preference, bacon or iced coffee... The hotel also has a swimming pool open until 9:00 PM and a 24-hour gym,.... My only wish is that the pool was heated --- It rained on and off during our stay, making the water quite cold.... I gave it a try and enjoyed it, although I couldn't stay in for very long because the water was getting too cold (but really depends on your tolerance for cold water)... The reception is located on the 7th floor, and the seating can be limited when there are many guests or events -- it would also be nice to have a waiting area with chairs on the ground floor for guests waiting for their rides... Overall, all the staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and accommodating -- If you want to experience genuine Filipino hospitality and delicious Filipino food, I highly recommend this hotel✔️👌💯

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I really enjoyed my stay at Home Me Hotel at Aurora Escalades. I absolutely loved the place, especially the high-rise building and the beautiful overall atmosphere. One of the things I appreciated the most was the free access to the gym and swimming pool. It was great to have these amenities available during my stay, especially for relaxing and staying active. The room was also comfortable and convenient, with free drinking water, reliable internet connection, and a small refrigerator that was very useful for keeping drinks and food. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed the convenience, amenities, and atmosphere of the place. I would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend Home Me Hotel at Aurora Escalades to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I had an excellent stay at Richmonde Hotel Eastwood! The staff were very accommodating, and I want to especially commend Cate from the reception for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and made the check-in process so smooth. Cate went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. I also want to commend the bellboy's for going extra mile in helping us with our luggages. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience, thanks to Cate and the rest of the team!

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

The room we stayed was very spacious but very poor internet connection. Even if you bring own coffee or tea, there are no kettle to boil hot water. You have to go downstairs or request it to bring it up to your room, not convenient if you have seniors with you. No mini refrigerator so we place our liquid milk to their kitchen. towels and linens are old but clean. Our room is along Edsa, so if you are a light sleeper, not recommended but for me its OK. They offer breakfast buffet, limited options but there are so many food shops outside the hotel so finding food is not a problem. Staffs are all polite and very accommodating.

Good location and place near to restaurant its actually walking distance and very convenient

I'm not happy about my recent hotel booking. I specifically booked and paid for a **VIP room**, but upon arrival, I was given an **ordinary/standard room** instead. I was not informed in advance about the change, nor was I asked for my approval. This was disappointing because I made the booking expecting the amenities and accommodations included with the VIP room. I would appreciate an explanation as to why my reserved room was changed without prior notice and would like the hotel to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a refund of the price difference or other suitable compensation but nothing happened. So disappointed😡😡😡

I enjoy all their aminities specially the gym,everytime im on vacation i always book this hotel for my staycation, All staff are humble and respectful,thank you winter hotel staff for your kindness

A small window type A/C is not enough for the huge space of the unit, it can not make the room cold enough for a good night's sleep. Location is off the main drag. If you walk to the property, you will go through urine stinks of the back alleys. Breakfast is average and was served cold (TOCILOG, ONLY OPTION AVAILABLE ) Restaurant staff are friendly.

The price was so great. It was good stay. Medyo may mga stain at cracks yung cr. The amenities are soap and tissue only. I hope meron sanang shampoo at toothbrush. And wala kaagad towel but we call them and nabigay naman ang towels. So far good experience. We will booked soon if we want a cheaper but good stay.
