Resort is locatd at Station 3, so the vibe is more chill and quiet. The room is clean and we can go straight to the pool. Breafast buffet is very nice, so many options from Asian to Western cuisine. And one more special here is staff. They're very friendly and supportive. They supported us pull the luggage in whitesand, so appreciate this this thing

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy guesthouse. Everything was clean, the courtyard was charming, and housekeeping was available upon request. The breakfasts were delicious. Peter, the owner, is incredibly hospitable; he told us everything we needed to know and even provided discounts for some restaurants, spas, and bike rentals. We booked airport transfers both ways, which was super convenient! There's also a lovely green yard where you can sit, cook, and listen to the birds. Peter has wonderful staff who are always ready to help, always smiling, and attentive to every request. A local cat named Matilda even visited us, and we gave her milk. You can also buy beer, water, and other drinks at reasonable prices – cold and cheap! We have nothing but positive emotions from our stay. The guesthouse is located near Station 3, which I consider the best station. The sea is gorgeous and beautiful, there aren't many people, and the food in the restaurants is tasty. Overall, I loved this place so much that I really want to come back for a longer stay. A huge thank you to Peter and his team! Had a wonderful stay at La Carmela de Boracay! The location is super convenient since it’s beachfront and close to many restaurants, stores, and activities around Boracay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Sulit din yung stay because of the amenities and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for families, friends, or even solo travelers who want to enjoy Boracay without spending too much. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would recommend and stay in again! 🌴✨

Excellent beachfront location with very friendly and responsive staff. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the location and service more than make up for it. There's no currency exchange at the front desk, and a 1000 peso deposit is required at check-in. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There's a cafe and bar in the hotel courtyard offering various breakfast options and easy snacks. The hotel also provides sun loungers and beach towels. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️. I also strongly suggest having lunch or dinner at the Villa Caemilla hotel restaurant (just 30-50 meters from this hotel, towards the port). The service and cuisine there are among the best in Boracay, and it's only slightly more expensive than other places.

Our 4-day, 3-night stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the swimming pools and the easy access to the beach. The only problem for me is the water is so much cold. I hope they provide a heater as well in the pool. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and everything was delicious. Especially the egg station, ordered every motning cheese omelete but I forgot the chef's name. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend this resort when visiting Boracay. 🌴

We were satisfied on our stay at Erus Suites Hotel. First and foremost their staff are all welcoming and jolly, we've felt the warmth during our arrival up to our departure.

The hotel environment is great, and it offers good value for money. The cleaning staff are incredibly diligent; they even tidied up our room again just two hours after we'd left. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. The cashier was unenthusiastic and had a disdainful attitude. The bill was 421 yuan, and even after I gave 500 yuan, they didn't bother to give me change. Most of the staff are locals from the island, and their English pronunciation isn't standard.

Maganda rin yung location since accessible sa mga establishments and transportation. The room was well-maintained and relaxing, perfect for both short stays and quick getaways. Sulit talaga for the price! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable place to stay. Will definitely book again! 😊

As a group of 11 travelers, our overall experience was very good, particularly because we availed of the hotel's airport transfer service. The transfer process was seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-organized. From the hotel to the airport, the entire journey took less than 30 minutes. The transfer team deserves special recognition for their professionalism and strict adherence to schedules. They clearly prioritize ensuring that guests do not miss their flights, and their dedication was truly commendable. Check-in was also a pleasant surprise, as we were accommodated earlier than the usual check-in time. All of our requests were attended to and fulfilled, which we greatly appreciated. The buffet food was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes that changed daily. It was nice to see different options each morning instead of the same menu being repeated. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. One concern was the breakfast area. There was no covered walkway connecting certain sections, which became problematic during heavy rain. Since we were traveling with a baby, it was inconvenient and unsafe to walk through the rain, especially as the pathways became slippery. Even providing umbrellas in the breakfast area would have been a thoughtful touch. These small details may seem minor, but they significantly impact the overall guest experience. The air conditioning in our Deluxe Room was also not as cold as expected. In addition, the balcony was practically unusable because the outdoor air-conditioning unit was located there, generating considerable heat and making the space uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was the replenishment of bathroom amenities. Rather than having them proactively restocked, guests needed to call housekeeping each time additional items were required. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and many aspects of the service were excellent. However, I believe the hotel would benefit from paying greater attention to the small details. Thoughtful and intentional touches are often what elevate a good stay into a truly exceptional one.
