"Location: it is less than a kilometre away from the bus terminal and SM Legazpi.
It also has a picturesque view of the Mayon Volcano on rooms facing the Main Street.
Although this Casa Blanca Suites is listed as near airport, it is in fact almost 10km away from the Daraga airport. It is near the old airport which is now being used by the Philippine Air Force. Still not so far and is accessible using Grab service."
"The hotel experience exceeded my expectations! The complimentary airport pick-up service was a huge relief, and our driver, Raphael, was polite and professionally dressed. As a non-smoking hotel, the environment was wonderfully fresh (a 3000 peso deposit is required). The facilities are incredibly comprehensive: there's an ATM next to the elevator, an Italian restaurant called IL Morso and a coffee shop on the ground floor, and even a Japanese bar, Chilo, on the fourth floor. You can even book in-room spa services, so there's no need to leave the hotel! The room had an amazing view directly facing the volcano. The only minor drawback was some traffic noise at night, as my room was street-facing. I'd recommend requesting an inner room if possible. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable stay in Daraga."
"Money well spent. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Pool’s great! You can leave your bags it’s secured. There was a problem with the keycard and they fixed it right away. There’s 3 of us and they made another bed."
"Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems.
Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only."
"The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests.
The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price.
The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days."
"The hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service."
"The moment I arrived at the Hotel, wow! The ambiance and amenities are cool, classy and worth every penny. I exceeded my expectation. The room is great and clean. The staffs are friendly and accomodatinh. Overall, I would likely recommend this hotel. Will surely book again if I will visit Bicol for business travel and even personal tour. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"
"This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to
make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi."
"Place is near to my best friends house w/c is a plus. Affordable hotel, staffs are friendly and attentive. I experience a strong earthquake at the 3rd floor, gladly the staffs manage to get all their clients to safety. Balik balik Lang. See you in my nxt visit."
"The location was so good. If you walk a little, there are banks and park cathedrals, so it's okay to go and see them and it's safe. The staff are so kind and listen to your requests. When I asked where to go and whether there was a jifree in the morning, he told me without any blockage and arrived at my destination immediately after leaving the room 👍👍"

CCoach GinaMy Experience is nice one. All staff are very accommodating, polite and very welcoming 🥰😀 room is nice, somw parts of the room have some damage thay needs to be repair but they are responsive in fixing those rooms. Thats All, Thank you so much, God bless
DDeodatusThe Mayon view from The Oriental Legazpi was truly beautiful, and I appreciate that my request for an upper room with a view was granted.
However, the overall stay was disappointing.
The staff were not very approachable, restaurant service was poor, water was not readily offered, and we were even told to call the staff when we were ready to order.
There was also loud noise from a lobby photoshoot, weak water pressure in the shower that took around 30 minutes to resolve, broken tiles and visible maintenance issues, no menu list in the room, and the breakfast buffet felt rushed even before the stated closing time.
The view is excellent, but good view alone is not enough. Guests pay not only for scenery, but also for service, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality.
If not because of the Mayon view, I would not return.
442geIt's OK, just a normal youth hostel. There are towels but no hot water for showering, no hair dryer, and slippers. Did you ask for one that looks like it's been weathered?
NNatalia_ekbFriendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away.
Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty.
LLopezThe place is very convenient for exploring both Legazpi City and Mount Mayon, as it is in the middle point between both. The bed is very comfortable. The room is also quiet enough and clean. The girls in charge are very nice too.
GGuest UserExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.
GGuest UserThe FO staff were all friendly and helpful. Although the inn is on the 3rd flr of the building, a kind man helped us carry our luggages, and the magnificent Mayon can be clearly seen from there. I liked my stay there especially because it is near to Gaisano Mall, SM Mall, Yashano, Pacific Mall, and the Sento Hotel where my training was held. Plus, there’s a food park just next to the building. It was literally near to everything domestic travelers needed to go.
JJay TravelWe booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.
