"The Apple Peach House has a terrace in each floor with a good view of the Mt. Mayon. Rooms are spacious, cool AC, working showers with hot and cold water. There is drinking water dispenser in every floor. They also serve breakfast that goes with the cost of the room. Please note that the building has no elevator and at the time of my visit the phones are not working so you cannot call front desk should you need anything from them. Apple Peach is a few meters from the Albay Cathedral and a park. Public transport is also available nearby."

"This hotel management does not know how to run a hotel. The rooms are basic but nice. That’s about it. Let’s start from the beginning: 1. When we arrived they wouldn’t allow you to check in even if your rooms were ready. 2. There have a problem with flies. 3. The bar doesn’t sell red or white wine. There was a rose, but we couldn’t have it because the price wasn’t on the system. 4. We sent for breakfast at 08:10 and the food had finished. No breakfast. The breakfast tile finished at 09:00. 5. There was a wedding and you expect some extra noise. However, you don’t expect metal chairs dragging across the floor at 01:00 and continuing at 03:35 when I decided enough was enough and wrote this review. I did speak to reception and was completely ignored when I asked if they can do it in the morning. I took a video when I saw staff banging metal staging being banged on the metal handrails. The sound went right through the hotel."
