"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Its location made it easy to access nearby restaurants and malls, which was a big plus. The host clearly communicated in advance that toiletries would not be provided, so there were no surprises. However, I think providing toiletries like shower gel/soap would make the stay even more comfortable and improve the overall guest experience. Despite that small suggestion, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again."

"Really good for it's price. Went to Manila to watch VNL and the hotel is a good 20 minutes walk from the venue. Room was spacious enough for two people and bed was comfortable. The only issue was the AC, it was leaking and my shoes got wet. No free water"

"The location is fantastic for getting around, with public transport and department stores all within a 15-minute walk. However, it faces a main road, so it can be a bit noisy. At night, it feels a bit unsafe because there are no streetlights, and it's a residential area separated from the city buildings by a road and a wall. I'd advise women to be extra careful. The hotel provides a thoughtful breakfast, so that's a plus."

"Just wanted to give some feedback, so many things went wrong. When I checked in at 12 PM, they gave me room 2303. I went up, but couldn't open the door for a while, so I had to go back down. After waiting for quite some time, they gave me another room, 2304. I noticed it was a twin room, and the beds were tiny, like 1 meter wide? If they were bigger, I would have just dealt with it since I was exhausted from traveling all day. But they were really too small for what I paid; I might as well have stayed at a regular guesthouse. If I asked the front desk to change rooms again, I'd have to go back down and wait at least 20 minutes. The front desk kept telling me to wait, even after I told them I booked a room with two large beds and showed them my reservation. They still made me wait, and wait, and wait. Then they told me to go back to my room and wait. I asked how long, it felt like forever. I even thought about trying to push the beds together. Anyway, I put up with all that, but then there was no hot water for my shower. I was naked, waiting for them to come and fix it for over 10 minutes. It's now 2:15 AM. Also, there was no comb, no slippers, no shower cap, and no cotton swabs."

"We stayed here for the second time within few day. The room was way beyond my expectations. It was of the highest quality. We got the massage chair room. A bit more but worth every penny. The view and the hospitality was beyond par. Will definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Manila. The peacefulness is priceless here. Followed by the amazing sauna. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most."

"We did an early check in after a few misunderstanding. Extra towels are not free, the food at the cafe lounge is mediocre, everything needs to be paid upfront. However, the pool area itself is the redeeming factor."

"I had a really pleasant stay with my friend! This was my second time staying here, and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. The front desk staff and housekeeping were amazing as always. They were all so warm, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces. I originally booked a Standard Twin room with no view, but they kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Superior Twin with a partial city view. They also upgraded my room during my first stay, which made me feel like a valued guest and is something I truly appreciate. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the in-room hot tub. The only downside was our experience with one of the pool attendants. We went for a sunset swim around 5:30 p.m., and unfortunately, he seemed irritated when answering our questions. His attitude made us feel like we were being policed rather than welcomed as guests. It was disappointing, especially since every other staff member we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel can provide additional customer service training to ensure all staff deliver the same level of hospitality. Overall, I had another wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!"
