Great to stay if you are connecting flights or have to stay at the airport. A bit of a walk from domestic terminal but there are shuttles. Room was clean. Shampoo and soap smelt nice. I couldnt really figure out the lights between the bed and the shower as there is a sliding frosted glass door that separates the two. But all the lights turned off which is what was important. Not much of a view, only if you love construction and the layout of an airport. Over it was a great place to relax after lots of traveling.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the University of Auckland. After taking a taxi from the airport to Waitemata Station, it's about a four or five-stop bus ride from Britomart, and the bus stop is right across from the hotel. There are many bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was very smooth; even though there were a lot of people checking in that afternoon, it was well-organized and efficient overall. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even asked if I had stayed at their hotel before. I mentioned I had been to Cordis Beijing Capital Airport previously, but this was my first time here. Upon entering, I noticed the hotel's signature scent, which was indeed identical to the one at Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. The room facilities were all great, the mattress was very comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very fast. The toiletries were of high quality with a pleasant scent, and since the weather was dry in autumn, applying some body lotion made me feel very comfortable. Cordis hotels are known for their breakfast, and the restaurant in the morning certainly offered a wide variety of delicious-looking options. Perhaps due to jet lag, my stomach still thought it was 4 or 5 AM after I finished eating, so I didn't eat much. All in all, this booking on Trip.com offered excellent value for money, and this comfortable trip made me very happy and relaxed.

A family of four for two nights. We booked two rooms - the hotel didn’t arrange our rooms next to each other, but quite far apart ☹️ Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view. Breakfast is recommended - coffee is good; family loves the beef noodles.

Location: First off, the location is excellent. It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to the harbor, a 5-minute stroll to the bustling commercial district, and a 7-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Within 10 minutes, you'll find two large supermarkets and numerous Chinese restaurants. Amenities: The hotel room comes fully equipped with kitchenware, including a microwave. What's even more impressive is that there's a washer and dryer right in the room! Highly recommend! Service: The front desk is staffed 24 hours, and the staff were quite friendly. After paying online, a 75 yuan deposit is required at check-in.

Everything was great. The only thing is that the service at breakfast wasn't very friendly. Everything else was perfect!

After arriving in Auckland on the last flight from Queenstown, the airport transfer to the hotel took less than 10 minutes, which was super convenient for an overnight layover. You can check in at the front desk or use one of the two self-service kiosks. I booked a standard room through a third-party platform for only 500, which was great value for money. The only downside was that the walk to the room was quite long. The balcony door in the ground-floor room opened onto a small lawn, offering a bit of a view. The room size was adequate, and the bedding was fairly comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and there's a direct bus to the airport not far from the hotel.

Overall, this hotel is satisfactory considering its location, apartment size, staff service. The western restaurant’s food offerings are not good enough but with a high price. A nearby Korean restaurant at the intersection of the drive and Hobson street is wonderful which made me feel better. Two weird things happened: 1. The Hot and Cold water in the bathroom wash desk is not easy to control the temperature of the water. 2. In the early morning, the refrigerator is leaking water and I even did not use it.

This hotel is located slightly north of Auckland city center and is an apartment-style hotel with relatively complete facilities. However, please pay special attention to the following points during check-in, sharing my own experiences to prevent future guests from encountering the same problems: 1️⃣ Purchase a SIM card that allows international calls and internet access. 2️⃣ Complete check-in in advance. 3️⃣ Fill in all names completely. 4️⃣ Save the hotel's backup email address. Specifically, here are some points: 1️⃣ The front desk is not open 24 hours. The hotel is unattended outside of working hours (such as at night). When I arrived at 6:30 pm, the front desk was already closed, and I could only contact staff through the contact number (international long-distance) left on the door. Therefore, it is recommended to confirm your arrival time in advance and try to arrive during working hours. 2️⃣ Online check-in must be completed in advance. The hotel will send an email in advance requesting you to fill in your check-in information. Please be sure to fill in the full names of all guests. Even if the names are registered with Ctrip, they won't be found if they aren't entered; only the names registered online will be searchable. I only filled in one guest's name, which caused the staff to be unable to match the order when they called to check in, affecting check-in. They insisted I confirm via email. 3️⃣ It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls. If you arrive outside of working hours, you need to call the phone provided at the entrance to contact staff. After I called myself, I also asked Ctrip for help, but they could only try. In the end, I had to contact the apartment and send the email myself. However, Ctrip was helpful and actively assisted. It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls and access the internet for timely communication and email. 4️⃣ Keep an eye on the hotel's backup email address. If you encounter problems with email communication, try contacting the hotel's booking email address (usually starting with reserve@, which is available on Ctrip). The response will be faster. The staff read me an email address over the phone, which was incorrect. Overall, the hotel's facilities are good, but the check-in process needs to be prepared and confirmed in advance. We recommend that you complete all online procedures before departure and save the hotel's contact information to avoid affecting check-in when you arrive in the evening.

Aero Ak AP: It is a tired and inexpensive facility that has the essential items present ie. comfy mattress, clean, ironed sheets, effort made to present the room well, tv plus it has generous, off street parking. The service was pleasant. Restaurant available. No air-con, in-room plates, cutlery or microwave. Having a door to the verandah was a highlight.. They provide transport to get to the airport 14 minutes away. .

Located opposite the Manukau bus station and train station, the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen can be used for cooking.
