"The decoration style is quite unique. I went there during the National Day holiday and the Mitsubishi air conditioner I used has very good heating effect. There is a hamburger takeout shop nearby called hambagu, which is the best-rated restaurant nearby. It also sells Japanese beef rice, which is surprisingly delicious. This restaurant is suitable for takeout because the tables are only available at the door. Go there in early October. cold. There is also a Chinese restaurant very close by. I forgot its name. It does have a menu."

"I recently stayed at the Tudor Court Motor Lodge in Epsom for a few days, and it was a fantastic choice for my visit to Auckland. The location is arguably its best feature—situated on Great South Road, it’s incredibly convenient for accessing Newmarket and the CBD. The Bus 70 stop is just a short walk away, making public transport a breeze.
The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable environment to relax. I particularly appreciated the free on-site parking, which is a huge bonus in such a busy area. Despite being on a main road, the room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Whether you are in town for business or visiting nearby schools, this motel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room is overall clean & comfortable . Toilet is an open concept without glass walls to separate the shower area from the toilet seat & it had safety bars (probably meant for people with mobility issues as there’s a hospital nearby). Amenities also included body lotion. It’s about a 10min walk to the nearest supermarket. Breakfast was good, although the standard of the food dropped in the weekend (I stayed on the weekday through the weekend) - food was burnt /overcooked on Saturday as compared to the weekday."

"The hotel is relatively new. The parking lot next to it closes at night, and since we arrived late, we had to find street parking nearby. Luckily, we found a free spot that allowed us to park until 8 AM. The room facilities are good, but dust tends to blow around when the heater is on, which might be a bit uncomfortable for those with sensitive noses. The breakfast buffet is Western-style, and the taste is decent. The staff are also very nice."

"I stayed 2 nights at the Kiwi International Hotel right after arriving in Auckland.
One of the big highlights of this hotel is its very central location, making it easy to reach the city's main points of interest. It's an excellent option to kick off a stay in Auckland.
I also really appreciated the cleanliness of the premises and the kindness of the staff, who were always welcoming and helpful. The entire hotel is well-maintained and offers great value for money, especially considering its location.
The only real downside concerns the internet connection. As a digital nomad, I need a stable connection to work, and unfortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi was very difficult to use. It was impossible for me to work properly with it. Luckily, I had bought a local SIM card at the airport with enough data, which allowed me to use my phone as a hotspot and continue working.
👉 In summary: a clean, central hotel with wonderful staff, but one that would truly benefit from improving the quality of its internet connection, especially for remote-working travelers. 🙏✨"

"I've stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping malls across the street, making shopping, dining, and transportation very convenient. They are proactive in resolving and handling any issues that arise. There is parking available, and rooms are available with or without highway access, allowing you to choose based on your preference for quietness. Rooms are also available with or without a kitchen, and include a refrigerator, microwave, oven, tableware, cooking utensils, washer, dryer, heated towel rack, etc., making them very convenient."

"The hotel I booked to be close to my friend's home is not in the city, far from the scenic spot, and inconvenient for public transportation. However, there is usually only one hotel in Auckland. The parking lot is large, but it is full at night and the space is tight.
Service: There will be a waiter knocking on the door violently in the early morning, and when I open the door, I will tell you that I knocked on the wrong door, which is a bit inexplicable. The lady at the front desk is very easy to talk to. Because of personal arrangements, I hope to postpone the check-out for 2 hours and she also agreed happily!
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is not bad. Although the room is close to the main road, the sound insulation effect is OK.
Facilities: The room is very small, and it is a bit difficult to open two boxes for two people in the room. The surroundings are relatively deserted, and there are no restaurants.
Overall, it is OK, and the price-performance ratio is average."

"We stayed for a concert, the location was great. The desk closed at midnight, the concert ended after that. When we returned we discovered there was no remote control for the tv and the ac was off. The ac turned off several times during the night and as there was no one at the desk , nothing could be resolved until the morning. Overall, it is a clean, well situated hotel."

GGuest UserGreat to stay if you are connecting flights or have to stay at the airport. A bit of a walk from domestic terminal but there are shuttles.
Room was clean. Shampoo and soap smelt nice. I couldnt really figure out the lights between the bed and the shower as there is a sliding frosted glass door that separates the two. But all the lights turned off which is what was important. Not much of a view, only if you love construction and the layout of an airport.
Over it was a great place to relax after lots of traveling.

After taking a taxi from the airport to Waitemata Station, it's about a four or five-stop bus ride from Britomart, and the bus stop is right across from the hotel. There are many bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Check-in was very smooth; even though there were a lot of people checking in that afternoon, it was well-organized and efficient overall. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even asked if I had stayed at their hotel before. I mentioned I had been to Cordis Beijing Capital Airport previously, but this was my first time here. Upon entering, I noticed the hotel's signature scent, which was indeed identical to the one at Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. The room facilities were all great, the mattress was very comfortable, and there were plenty of charging outlets. The hotel's Wi-Fi was also very fast. The toiletries were of high quality with a pleasant scent, and since the weather was dry in autumn, applying some body lotion made me feel very comfortable. Cordis hotels are known for their breakfast, and the restaurant in the morning certainly offered a wide variety of delicious-looking options. Perhaps due to jet lag, my stomach still thought it was 4 or 5 AM after I finished eating, so I didn't eat much. All in all, this booking on Trip.com offered excellent value for money, and this comfortable trip made me very happy and relaxed.

Room setting is so comfy - spacious room and bed 🙂 one of the room is city view and the other is harbour view.

AAR mustafaI stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests.
On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it.
Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked.
When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned.
While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay.
I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

YYizhilaozongziAfter arriving in Auckland on the last flight from Queenstown, the airport transfer to the hotel took less than 10 minutes, which was super convenient for an overnight layover. You can check in at the front desk or use one of the two self-service kiosks. I booked a standard room through a third-party platform for only 500, which was great value for money. The only downside was that the walk to the room was quite long. The balcony door in the ground-floor room opened onto a small lawn, offering a bit of a view. The room size was adequate, and the bedding was fairly comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and there's a direct bus to the airport not far from the hotel.

GGuanyingda AmyOverall, this hotel is satisfactory considering its location, apartment size, staff service. The western restaurant’s food offerings are not good enough but with a high price. A nearby Korean restaurant at the intersection of the drive and Hobson street is wonderful which made me feel better. Two weird things happened: 1. The Hot and Cold water in the bathroom wash desk is not easy to control the temperature of the water. 2. In the early morning, the refrigerator is leaking water and I even did not use it.

The overall facilities are new and the conditions are good.
However, please pay special attention to the following points during check-in, sharing my own experiences to prevent future guests from encountering the same problems:
1️⃣ Purchase a SIM card that allows international calls and internet access.
2️⃣ Complete check-in in advance.
3️⃣ Fill in all names completely.
4️⃣ Save the hotel's backup email address.
Specifically, here are some points:
1️⃣ The front desk is not open 24 hours.
The hotel is unattended outside of working hours (such as at night). When I arrived at 6:30 pm, the front desk was already closed, and I could only contact staff through the contact number (international long-distance) left on the door. Therefore, it is recommended to confirm your arrival time in advance and try to arrive during working hours.
2️⃣ Online check-in must be completed in advance. The hotel will send an email in advance requesting you to fill in your check-in information. Please be sure to fill in the full names of all guests. Even if the names are registered with Ctrip, they won't be found if they aren't entered; only the names registered online will be searchable. I only filled in one guest's name, which caused the staff to be unable to match the order when they called to check in, affecting check-in. They insisted I confirm via email.
3️⃣ It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls.
If you arrive outside of working hours, you need to call the phone provided at the entrance to contact staff. After I called myself, I also asked Ctrip for help, but they could only try. In the end, I had to contact the apartment and send the email myself. However, Ctrip was helpful and actively assisted. It's recommended to prepare a SIM card that can make international calls and access the internet for timely communication and email.
4️⃣ Keep an eye on the hotel's backup email address.
If you encounter problems with email communication, try contacting the hotel's booking email address (usually starting with reserve@, which is available on Ctrip). The response will be faster. The staff read me an email address over the phone, which was incorrect.
Overall, the hotel's facilities are good, but the check-in process needs to be prepared and confirmed in advance. We recommend that you complete all online procedures before departure and save the hotel's contact information to avoid affecting check-in when you arrive in the evening.
