Great
GGuest UserVery nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !! However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat. Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to the center. The reception staff was friendly. The restaurant was poorly clean. Cables and other items were scattered around the buffet. The breakfast area was unappealing. The waiters only superficially wiped the tables. The buffet looked uninviting. Overall, it's okay for an overnight stay, but unsuitable for a clean and pleasant breakfast.

GGuest UserWith a last minute decision to visit Rotterdam with my son, we chanced upon Art Hotel. Modestly priced and right next to Maashaven, it took less than 10 minutes to reach from Rotterdam Centraal. Even we arrived late after 10pm, there was nothing to worry about as the hotel is right next to the Metro station and brightly lit! The reception was fabulously served by Nadia who upgraded us to a 4 bedder in 2 rooms. Room was clean, set at the right temperature and shower was hot and at the right pressure. Nothing to complain about!

GGuest UserImpeccably clean and spacious room with full kitchen and a comfy bed. Extremely convenient location adjacent to metro station and in the centre. I liked the working space as well and made use of luggage storage without no issues. Frequent fire alarms was the only issue that I would complain of(had 2 in 4 days). Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here if I were to visit Rotterdam again

GGuest UserThe check-in queue was over an hour long. The staff tried their best, but it was far too much for one person to handle. At breakfast, there was another long queue for coffee/tea. We also had to wait for a plate and a knife. The food wasn't replenished in a timely manner either. Furthermore, there wasn't enough seating available. The room was tidy. However, I missed the slippers (it stated during booking that they would be provided). I don't like walking barefoot on carpeted floors in a hotel.

GGeiorgiestravelsThe location is convenient. I arrived by bicycle and was able to secure my bicycle the the racks in the square in front of the hotel. It is a 10-15 walk to central station, cube house, Oude Haven and other tourist sites. There is shopping precinct and major supermarket 10 min walk away. I went to a concert at de Doelen which was next to central station so easy to get to. I recommend doing to 15 min walk to the waterfront and getting the water taxi from Erasmusbrug as a cheap way to do a river cruise … the water taxi even goes all the way to Kinderdjik , the famous windmill area. I stayed in the triple female only room. The was one other roommate with whom I had no problems. The room felt spacious. Each bed had its own light and charging point. There were no curtains though the board with the lamp and charging point acted as a privacy shield. Bedding is laid out on the bed and you make the bed yourself. Comfy bed. There were several showers and toilets located in the corridor as well as separate sinks. The shower had hot water …. Is the type you press the button to 30 seconds of water then press again which helps conserve water. Bring your own towel or hire one. Rooms have keycard access. You need your own padlock for the locker in the room. The locker will not fit a big suitcase though my carryon sized luggage fitted ok. I was on the top floor in an annex type area where it was very quiet. I had no issues with cleanliness though I did notice an empty drinks container in the toilet for a couple of days. There is a small area near reception with seating and small tables where it is possible to sit and eat your own food. There is a small kitchenette area with one fridge, kettle, microwave ,air fryer and a hot plate. Using the hotplate for foods such as pasta, rice, boiling eggs is permitted but not frying nor cooking smelly foods. It is very helpful to be able to use these resources for quick food prep, though keep in mind that you may need to wait at meal times and utensils are limited. There appeared to be some people living there who had their own cooking utensils. Like many places in the Netherlands there is a steep staircase to get in, so even though there is a lift to get to the different floors, the first staircase will be a hurdle for those with a large suitcase. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

DDua @ LuaWe stayed at Le Marin Boutique Hotel during our trip to Rotterdam. While the hotel is not far from Rotterdam Centraal, first-time visitors should plan their route in advance. We initially followed Apple Maps, which led us on a longer path, but there's actually a more direct route. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful environment. It's within walking distance to Chinatown, where you can find various dining and shopping options. We appreciated the spaciousness of our room, which provided a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The decor is stylish, with a marine theme and dark tones that add a cozy ambiance. However, some guests have noted that rooms can feel smaller than expected, and the dark interior may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as footsteps from upstairs can be heard. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of options, though some guests felt it lacked certain basics. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location makes it convenient to explore the city. Overall, Le Marin Boutique Hotel provides a comfortable stay with a unique atmosphere, suitable for travelers seeking a tranquil environment close to the city's attractions.

GGuest UserRoom (twin room) was clean, room was ready very early and we even received bananas and water for the marathon which was really nice + the bed was comfortable. Location is also good, near the central station and city centre. We sadly had a really bad sleep here because people (not sure if they were guests or staff) kept slamming doors very loudly on our floor through the night, as late as 4 pm. It kept waking us up, even while wearing earplugs. The hallway isn’t soundproof enough.

GGuest UserOk let's start with Abigail ( hope spelling is correct) She was delightful. Checked me in and gave me several pointers for where to go, what to see and directions. Other staff there hangIng out also a great tour guide, sorry did not exchange names. The room was good. Only the shower was rough to enter with the glass door opening only part way. Was noted when I checked out to repair. But soo much walkable places close to eat and drink.
