"The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds that made for a pleasant stay. The only drawback is that the bathroom is quite small. The area around the hotel is quiet, with not much nearby, but we didn’t mind as it added to the peaceful atmosphere. We walked to the metro easily, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay."
"The hotel is very good and is near to the tram station is around a 5-7 minutes walk. You can walk with people at night there’s always some people walk back together to the hotel. The room is very clean and staff are friendly. A good choice to live here as it is budget and good location."
"I found the price-performance ratio to be excellent. Victor gave us all the information we needed. There's parking right in front of the building, costing 3 Euros an hour or a daily rate of 18 Euros from 9 AM to 7 PM. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the central station in the city. Breakfast is decent; you won't leave the hotel hungry. If you're expecting a gourmet breakfast, you'll need to look elsewhere. The room was modern, with a nice bathroom, everything was clean and not worn out. The TV worked and had various German-language channels. We really enjoyed our stay. Shout out to Victor and the rest of the crew!"
"The surrounding environment of the hotel is completely different from the canal area. It belongs to the high-end residential area of Amsterdam. A few minutes' walk away is shops, supermarkets and several bus trams. There are also various restaurants, from light meals to high-end restaurants. The hotel's continental breakfast is very rich, and it is quite pleasant to have breakfast in the quiet garden in spring and summer. The front desk service is very friendly. The hotel building and decoration are very exquisite and elegant. The room size should be spacious in the Netherlands."
"Location in a wonderful quiet residence area, but still along the railway, 10-15min distance from the center. Service what best and the hotel room found everything needed."
"Very nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. One day we relaxed in the hotel spa/sauna and the next day we went sightseeing in Amsterdam. You can get to the city quickly by train!"
"I love what they provide in the kitchen. Almost all you need, there are oil, salt, peeper, a set of pots and nonstick pan, well also fridge n oven/microwave. Plus, a supermarket just in the next building.
Perfect location to take tram or bus to the city center, waiting time always less than 5 mins."
"The service was superb, and the location was perfect. The rooms are small but very stylish and modern. Just be aware that taxis can't pull right up to the hotel; you'll need to cross the road. Otherwise, it's the best location with a fantastic breakfast!"
"The room was a bit small but very clean, and the bathroom was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. The lounge was spacious, and they offered free coffee and fruit, which was a lovely touch! Also, the front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful, no matter the time of day. The only downside was that noises from the next room and the hallway were quite audible. However, you can get earplugs from the front desk! Overall, I was very satisfied! I'll definitely be back."
"First time and left planning.the next trip, would.100% recommend the Maison Elle Hotel. Amazing start to finish. Beautiful hotel, with beautiful friendly attentive staff.
We were in the suite, which was absolutely gorgeous, and so good to arrive somewhere that is exactly.as you saw in photos, and better in person. Bed so comfortable.
All the staff we met throughout our stay vouldn't be more helpful and happy, nothing was too much trouble.
Kept coffee pods and teabags topped up.
Perfect location to the city, airport and local restaurants.
We walked in and out of the city most days - about 30 mins.
The tram stop is 10 minutes walk or less.
Vondelpark round the corner from.the hotel and beautiful space to walk through to get to the museums.
Thank you - we'll definitely be returning ☺️"

Great
JjulietThe hotel is pretty good, clean and tidy. It's across from a park, but the location is a bit out of the way, and the bed was too small. The breakfast was plentiful, and dinner was delicious. The front desk staff were professional, and you can always count on a big brand. 😊
AAkshi UpadThe location is perfect for getting around. Very close to Amsterdam Centraal and walking distance to all restaurants and bars. The rooms are as the pictures show.
MmarcryuOverall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.
GGuest UserThis is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.
SSunxinren888The room was quite small; once my suitcase was open, it was hard to move around. The air conditioning unit was very noisy, which severely disrupted my sleep. On the positive side, the room was very clean, and the hotel's central location made getting around incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling city center.
쿠쿠로쿠로미The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the room was a pretty standard dorm. The shower had a bit of a drain smell if you showered for a long time, but it was okay. The bathroom, though, had a slight urine odor.
The bed curtains were nice, but unfortunately, my perfume was stolen during my stay. You really need to hide your valuables well here.
AAnonymous UserThe room can accommodate 6 people and is quite spacious. The kitchen facilities are very complete, making it ideal for families with children. The layout is a bit odd, but it doesn't affect the overall stay experience. The location is close to the city center, yet not too crowded. Recommended!
WWillGLewisThe hotel itself was nice and good location, we were not warned about building work around the hotel and when mentioned there was no apology and no form of compensation. One night we came home from a long day/night and our room keys wouldn’t work the working gave us more cards and they didn’t work this took 3 attempts till he just came up with us to let us into our rooms so we had no working keys for our room that night.
I then went down the next morning to be given some more keys that worked, the room we were also given was a small room where there was an obstruction in the shower that was part of the building where we had to duck under to get to the shower.
I have tried to contact the hotel and customer services for 3 months now and have had no reply! Awful customer service!
AAnonymous UserIt's near the station, but it needs a long way to go to the center.
In the kitchen it was tea and coffee, soap for washing the dishes, sponge. Fridge, microwave.
No hairdryer.
The floor was not clean.
Parking
CCheukYing_21The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the location was super convenient – just a 10-minute walk to the train station or tram stop. They even have a piano in the common area for guests to play!
