The place was so cozy, felt like was home. Everything was good here. Recommended for families

Its just a random staycation but i love the amenities so much. Especially in the bathroom. It is very complete from comb, towel, hair dryer, cotton bud, cotton pad, sanitary plastic, plastic bag (used cloth), toothbrush and colgate, jarum dan benang, shampoo, body soap, handwash and the most thing i like they provide lotion in a big bottle also. You can use it as much as u can. We choose to include a breakfast package. Everything was good and delicious. Parking free And one thing i dont like is maybe the manager at the reception counter. He scared me with his voice tone and face. Other staff is okay. Perfect. Thats why service i rate 4 bcs minus the manager attitude Even the staff come to our room and ask if anything is incomplete

Jaded and dated hotel. Good for one night stay before marathon run. It is basic with toothpaste set. It has no kettle inside room and the one reception passed to us cannot be used. Only one staff manning the lobby at any one time. Only one hair dryer in the entire hotel. If the previous guest who borrowed it doesn't return the hair dryer then we cannot use it at all. Even the cups are not enough in room. There is a saucer without a cup on it. Went to reception to inform and until they changed shifts the next morning the cup never arrived. Stay if you don't need the kettle or cup or hair dryer. Or bring your own. Beds are comfortable enough. Location is quite central. Parking free. There is only one lift for the entire hotel. Avoid the check in check out crowd if you can.

Convenient but Disappointing on Cleanliness This hotel has a great location and a very quick, convenient check-in/checkout process. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by poor cleanliness standards. The bathroom was not up to par, with a visibly dirty toilet seat. In the bedroom, the mattress cover was stained and yellowish, which made us question the overall hygiene of the room. Another odd and unpleasant feature was the strong, chemical smell in the elevator. We were surprised to find it was caused by a toilet deodorant block placed there, which created a very bad odor in an enclosed space. We hope management addresses these issues, as the hotel has good potential.

Overall is ok, just as it’s a bit old. Swimming pool - can hear people playing there from ur room early in the morning

The room is quite spacious, the location is close to a shopping center, but the bathroom light is off so it's dark when you shower at night
