"Strategic location, with plenty of eateries right below the hotel. Woke up hungry? Just get ready and head down to eat. The staff were friendly and provided a note for the RM50 deposit. The air conditioning was very cold, and there was even a fan. Check-in was easy even though I booked at 11 PM and checked in around 1 AM; upgrading only cost a few extra ringgits. The laundromat is just a few steps behind the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Book through Trip.com for a lower price 😉"

"Good location with many local eateries surrounding the establishment. Had a 2bedroom which can support 3 pax with 2 bathrooms. However the bathrooms at night might have some sewage smell hopefully the maintenance team can look into it. Moreover the shower equipment at the master bathroom is leaking while showering. Overall had great experience with the maple home team and will revisit them again in future"

"Good location, close proximity within few minutes walking distance to KSL and many eateries. Nicely decorated and clean unit, aircon is powerful and wifi is working well. Thanks to the host for helping us book the Karaoke room, my family had a great time singing. Unfortunately our stay is too short and we didn't get a chance to use the pool table when we realised the apartment also has one. Only shortcoming is the pungent smell especially in the common bathroom coming from the sewage, but I realised it is very common in most apartments in JB that I have stayed so far. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"Tune Hotel check in service is friendly, fast and informative, and give me my room near lift. English speaking well and clear. There's sofas at front desk and rest area with hot and cold dispenser. So bring your own cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and creamer, the room do not have these. Front desk sells cup noodles, toothbrushes and other stuffs. Nearby have 24hour convenient stores and 7-11, last than 5 minutes walk away. My Double room is small and simple, lucky I didn't bring luggage, not sure where to open my luggage. There are power plugs on one side table and under the rotatable table. No chair so the rotatable table is useful for some work done but sitting on the bed end is too far for short/small person. Tv is not clear, there are some Singapore channels. The Hotel is near the Expressway, convenient to travel, no jam around but noisy, not soundproof. Hairdryer in the bathroom is convenient. Bar soap and shampoo and towels are provided. Not carpeted and no room slipper. The fan is shaky and air-con will make noise if you don't know how to do setting. There's a ironing room with window and fan. Housekeeping did a great job, the room is very clean everytime. Ground level lobby have clean toilets. Nearby have Hainan Sper Cafe behind Golden Leaf Hotel Xpertgadget mobile phone repair shop Charis Coffee House close at 5pm-1am 6 min walk away"

"We took one queen sized bed room, it is a very simple room, only a queen sized mattress with no tv and table or cupboard etc. It has a window but the window is not facing outside, the window is facing the corridor so it has no different whether to open or close the window. It had a small washroom in the room with water heater but i think the heater is not hot enough. Hope that te management could put more attention on maintainence because the washroom door screws have come off and therefore the door is not fully in right position and could see through the person inside the washroom a little 😅 I like they have daily housekeeping and trustable cleaners there. They are very kind and friendly 😊"

"I was downgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because I requested a smoking room, but no refund was offered for the downgrade. I was informed that smoking rooms are only not available in the Deluxe category. This should be stated clearly on the website to avoid misunderstandings during check-in. After the room change, I was first assigned a room that was quite warm. I was then moved to another room, but the TV kept restarting automatically and was not working properly. A technician was sent to troubleshoot the issue, and the entire room change and repair process took more than an hour to resolve. On a positive note, Trip.com made the effort to call me to follow up on the issue and compensated me with Trip Coins for my next booking. I appreciate their prompt customer service and support. "3day 2night solo trip to Johor bahru , Malaysia. To go to miilehill hotel, walk From city square, go to the opposite site Public Bank building, go up the walkway beside it, turn left, go pass a few building, you will see the wisma HYT, the hotel is next to a India garment shop. Check in time 3pm, very strict. They charge early fee if you want to check in before 3pm. But you can leave your bags at the lobby free, although there is no luggage tags given. You leave at your own risk. Cash deposit RM50, return to the guest when check out. Check out time is before 12noon, after that charge late check out fee. ChecK out is fuss free, hand in your room card, the receiptist talked to housekeeping through walkie-talkie, then return the cash RM50. Free wifi throughout the building, password sign placed on the check in counter. The building lift button, tallest level is 5, for room number start with 9. Room is clean, come with 1 hair dryer, 2 drinking water bottle, disposable tooth brush, tooth paste, shower cap. No disposable slipper amd mini fridge in the room. The water dispenser is in the hallway, near the lift lobby. Bathroom cum toilet is shared by the whole floor, 1 for men, 1 for women(2 wash basin, 2 toilet cum shower cubicle). You need to walk out from your room to go to the hallway, so bring your own slippers. The room card must keep in the cardholder for the electric to power on, cannot use some name card to put in the cardholder to the current on. Room cleaning upon request only, message through the hotel's Whatsapp number. I accidently changed the aircon to fan mode, I requested the help message at 12.30am, he came and helped to change back the setting, standing at the opening door, didn't come into the room. Good for respecting the cleanliness of the floor. The floor is laminated wood, so you can go bare foot, although I found it soapy and prefer to wear slippers."
