Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy and comfortable setup. The bed was incredibly soft and made for a great night's sleep, making me feel right at home. The staff were all very warm and attentive, providing professional and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. The location is also incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. All in all, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Returned booking and had been booking for the same hotel for many years. Staff is friendly and room is clean. Coffeshop is within 500m. Ther is a fruit shop and massage shop around the area.

The hotel ambiance was okay, not noisy and clean. Just a minor issue with a lack of power outlets and the pillows were a bit too thin for comfort. Everything else was fine.

This hotel is located directly opposite Best Mart. It has a swimming pool and a gym. I stayed for three nights, and the room had a desk, and the shower water pressure was excellent. On the last night, the air conditioning broke down at 1 AM. I called the front desk downstairs, and a repair technician quickly came to the room to check the issue. They said it needed gas, and it was fixed in about 15-20 minutes. The service was very efficient and polite. There are also durian stalls nearby, such as Ah Shui Durian, R&C, and Yu Xiao Er, all just a short drive away. Downstairs, there's a large food court that stays open late. I would definitely come back again.

I have stayed in this property multiple times due to location and convenience to Aeon Bukit Indah mall, eateries etc. But this time round, the access card cannot be scanned inside the lifts to go up to the unit at level 8. All other people inside lifts are able to use their access card to scan inside the lift to go to their own units which meams the access card reader inside the lift is working. As I stayed 4 days 3 nights means I have to request for QR code 3 times as the QR code will expires after 24 hours. I request for QR code via the kiosk and kiosk will send sms to the agent managing this unit. Response time from agent after I whatsapp them that I have requested for QR code via kiosk is fastest 5 mins on one day to 10 mins on another day. So cannot go up to the unit and wait at lobby until agent send you the QR code. Also found a small cockroach around the kitchen cabinet (not sure is that the only cockroach inside the unit). Also wish to highlight that there is no rack or hangers inside toilet for you to hang the towel or clothes. Can only put your towel and set of clean clothes on top of toilet cistern or the toilet flush tank and get the risk of your clothes falling off from the top of the toilet flush tank (a test of your stacking skills). As toilet door is sliding door and don't have door knob to hang towel or clothes, can only throw the used clothes on the floor outside toilet. Also when you book Grab car, do send them below photo as most Grab drivers cannot find Tower B lobby and they usually wait at the driveway near Verbana Bakery side

The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the location of the room facing the park and main road made it quite noisy, especially during peak hours. If you’re sensitive to sound, I’d recommend requesting a room on a quieter side of the hotel. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness, but noise can be an issue.

The location is super convenient. We stayed in a family room this time, and it was quite spacious, though it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so climbing up and down a few times really tired out my legs. We hung the 'please clean' sign before heading out on the second day, but by evening, no one had cleaned it. We had to ask at the front desk again for someone to come and clean.

The facility provided just suit to my expectation. We have 2 room king bed with window and i love the bathroom because the water pressure is very wonderful. I do enjoy my stay in Stella Hotel. Plus got lift, comfy for my old parent.

Hotel location wasn’t so bad. But the amenities was not good there was no towels and they only had toilet paper no tissue. Well the view was good and staff was friendly.

I think I have stayed this hotel before ( formerly Legenda boutique hotel) during pre-Covid period. I took Causeway Link bus to arrive at Bt Indah Aeon mall area. We had durians just outside the hotel. It being the durian season, there was a tent set up for various durian vendors displaying, cutting up the durians for you. We ate up all 5 small but tasty durians at the seats provided. We also enjoyed very much having dinner at the nearby Japanese restaurant - Ramen Kingu House ( see photos ), especially the seafood ramen served in a Stonepot that kept it hot throughout, enhancing the enjoyment. I also love the custard pudding for dessert. It was bigger than I expected.
