This place is located right behind a mosque. While it's not on the main road, there are 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and even a Segi Fresh nearby, making daily life very convenient. The best part is the safety; you need to pass through three doors with access cards to get into the unit. The pool is incredibly clean, much cleaner than those 'influencer' pools in the city center. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children – really good! I'd definitely choose this type of apartment again if I have the chance; it's more budget-friendly and comfortable than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment style accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to IKEA (BIKL) and a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping center in Bandar Utama.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

stayed at royale chulan for my sister’s wedding and overall, it was a nice stay. the hotel has that classic, old-money kind of vibe which i really liked, although i do think some areas could be maintained a little better to bring the hotel back to its full charm. overall, it’s pretty much your average hotel experience — nothing particularly extraordinary, but comfortable enough for a short stay. special shoutout to the man in the blue baju melayu who helped us with our bags. his service was honestly 10/10 — very helpful, friendly and made such a good first impression. ⭐️ breakfast was probably the weakest part for me, around 6/10. there was room for improvement in terms of the food and overall selection. overall: a pleasant stay, beautiful old-money atmosphere, but definitely could use better maintenance and an improved breakfast selection.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel lobby and room were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ladies' parking facility, which was convenient and thoughtful. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom pipe was broken, and the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning properly. In addition, although the room was booked for four guests, only two towels were provided. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were also insufficiently filled and ran low quickly. I provided this feedback during checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed to further enhance the guest experience.

Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.
