MMd AshariWe’ve stayed here few times and every time it’s not a disappointment. Love the hotel rooms, breakfast spread the amenities, shopping and the convenience of having everything under one roof. The journey from airport to hotel and vise verse wasn’t that long. Took about ~40mins with good traffic. The grab price still manageable. The breakfast was immaculate. The rooms is spacious and the stuffs are helpfull. All in all LOVING IT.

GGuest UserOn the day I checked in, I came back at night to find my room had been cleaned and all my belongings were gone. When I asked at the front desk, they said it might have been a system error and they thought the previous guest had checked out, so they sent someone to clean it.
1. A five-star hotel claims they have a system issue.
2. The cleaning staff clearly saw it was an occupied room, yet they directly took our things without even asking.
3. They just left our belongings in the concierge public area downstairs, claiming there's CCTV so nothing would go missing.
4. They said it was all sorted, but when I got back to the room, my key card wouldn't work. I had to go back down again. It was already midnight, and I was dragging my luggage up and down.
5. During checkout, they tried to charge a foreign fee, but I'm Malaysian. I really don't understand how their system records things.
I was looking forward to a pleasant stay at a five-star hotel, but this happened on the very first night. The management and front desk really need to improve. Although I did get a free breakfast in the end, I've stayed in at least 20-30 hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this. Even 3 or 4-star hotels are better.
Really a very bad experience here.

GGuest UserThe apartment was spacious and clean. It's also conveniently located above a mall, and surrounded by rows of eateries, massage spots, and convenient stall. It is also near the famed Village Park Nasi Lemak & Wagyu Tavern!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia.
The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient.
What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated.
As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch.
Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather.
Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

Rrabbitcal1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.

MMan-KitNot able to turn on the TV because the batteries in the remote control were leaking and had rusted.
The internet connection was also extremely slow. I made several attempts to connect. Initially, the receptionist instructed me to connect to the Wi-Fi according to the information on the access card, but it did not work. I then tried calling the management several times but received no response. Eventually, I had to go all the way down to the lobby to seek assistance.
The lift waiting time was extremely long, especially during peak hours.
The location is also not very convenient, as it requires making a large U-turn to reach the property. If you miss the junction, it takes a considerable amount of time to turn around and get back to the correct route.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The room come with cookware, microwave and fridge which is convenient for cooking and enjoy food as Village Grocer & Bila Bila Mart is at the lobby; If you don't want to cook, there are several restaurants there. The room have a musty smell and lift will have to wait longer during peak hour, road may a bit complex. The staff is friendly and nice to us.

GGuest UserLift only got one functioning so have to wait long time. But for RM 66 per night is okay la the room and bathroom. But this hotel did not pay for the parking and the fee is expensive.
