"This is a really, really great hotel. I was planning to stay in Langkawi for a month and had driven around checking out hotels one by one before settling on this one. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful. Even the cleaning staff would enthusiastically gesture to recommend fun places to visit. The room was very clean, and the swimming pool was perfectly usable for swimming. I say this because I encountered some abnormal pools at other hotels, where you could literally dive and hit the opposite wall! This is my honest review."

"Despite a minor booking issue at check-in, the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which elevated the overall experience. The resort is set away from the busy town and Pantai Cenang, offering a serene forest escape. The room was spacious, immaculate, and well maintained, with fast and stable internet. Service was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Special compliments to the front desk team for their excellent service. Best enjoyed with your own transportation. A peaceful and refined stay — highly recommended to experience TC Garden Resort, Langkawi ! ☺️✌️"

As it is a Kampung Area, please take note 📝 of insects such as millipede which came visiting us on the early morning around 3am. The light at Room 3 is flickering. There is an area where you can prepared your food. You may wish to buy some groceries to come and cook. Enjoy 😉 😉 😉 Overall, it is a good stay with great service."

"The hotel is on the beach, a very beautiful location, tables overlooking the sea and a gorgeous sunset. This alone is worth a visit for at least a couple of days. There's a children's pool with a sea view. The WiFi worked. There's a local cafe serving dinner. The only refrigerator is in the shared kitchen, and that's a plus. The bed linen was stained. The mugs were smelly and unwashable. It was a family room, and the second bed left only a narrow passage to the bathroom, which was a bit cramped. The toilet leaked. Overall, for this price, it's fine for a couple of nights."

"Extremely satisfied! The beach is right outside the door. I mean, the Four Seasons next door costs 4000 a night, and this place is 400 – isn't that a better deal? The view is exactly the same. If you like peace and quiet, just wanting to relax and do nothing, this place at Tanjung Rhu Beach is perfect. I love tranquility, which is why I didn't choose Kuah or Cenang. The owner, Lisa, is very gentle, and her daughter's shell art is absolutely beautiful. Every day, all you hear is the sound of the waves, no noisy crowds or music. There are a few local restaurants nearby that I found to be good value for money. For Western food or fast food, the fish and chips next door weren't great. If you love swimming, you can just jump right in, and if you're a nature lover, there are waterfalls and rainforests nearby to explore. Seriously, I highly recommend it! I stayed for 4 nights and didn't want to move at all, super chill."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The air con worked well but the WiFi was very unstable which made it very difficult to get anything done online, we had to go to nearby cafes if we wanted to book flights etc. The room and bathroom could have been cleaner and housekeeping could have come more frequently to change toilet roll and give us new towels. We could have done with more hooks in the bathroom and more hangers in the wardrobe. There's a fridge, kettle, hairdryer and iron/ ironing board. The apartments are nicely laid out around the pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is a book swap in reception which I made use of. The location is great as it's not too busy but there are restaurants nearby and it's very close to the airport, langkawi sky cab and Pantai Cenang where there is loads going on. There isn't really a beach nearby where you can swim, you need to get a taxi to Pantai Kok or Cenang."

"Very quiet and cozy. Clean rooms, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Small lizards can be seen on property but they are friendly too 😄."

"Great location, setting, design. Only two minor issues was i tried calling reception 2-3 times but no answer or return call. The other is water at the sink does not flow very well. Other than that it is really good value. Suggestion would be to frequently clean your mirrors and glass bathroom door - watermarks are quite visible. Will be back for sure"

"The hotel's private beach was very clean and quiet. However, our family room had multiple patched-up water leaks on the ceiling, and the wallpaper was damp and peeling. The most concerning issue was a large clump above the headboard, at the junction of the ceiling and wall, which occasionally dropped small particles onto the bed. The hotel promptly addressed it, explaining it was a termite nest. They were very apologetic and offered a complimentary dinner. Still, it was quite worrying for a family traveling with children. Most of our meals were at the Sands restaurant, which had quite a few flies. We had to constantly swat them away during our meals. Hygiene definitely needs improvement. Most of the staff were friendly. Overall, the experience was okay, but many aspects could be better."

"I liked the hotel and the room. Everything is not new, and it is visible, but everything is taken care of, and it is also visible. Grocery stores are nearby, a good inexpensive cafe is nearby and there is a bike rental without a deposit! The hotel is on the seashore, the sea near the hotel is not suitable for swimming, BUT if you stand facing the sea and go to the right, then, literally, around the corner is a great beach! In the first half of the day the passage is flooded, but it is shallow and you can walk there, and in the second half of the day the sea goes away and the passage opens up on dry land. The only significant drawback is that there is not a single surface in the bathroom where you can put small items. At least nail a shelf above the sink!"
