Todo muy bien con el servicio, aunque tuve un detalle con la reserva, todo se solucionó y pude disfrutar. Yo le agregaría más amenidades, más servicios, como traslados Aeropuerto-Hotel-Aeropuerto y más variedad en sus alimentos y bebidas.

A perfect hotel for the travelers with a clean room and modern facility only walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is very good. The front desk is very slow. I waited for around 30 minutes for checking.

Good place near the marina, very clean!!! UuThe pool was very cold tho! The restaurant needs better service, they delay a lot!

The hotel room was spacious, the price was cheap, and it was nice that I could connect my phone to the TV and watch TV. The view was just okay.

El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento en el sótano. Paso una foto para que vean como es. Un coche de tamaño normal puede estacionarse perfectamente. Había leído un comentario de que los espacios eran pequeños, pero no es así, solo si tienes una camioneta grande entonces sería más complicado para estacionar. Cuentan también con espacios para silla de ruedas. El desayuno es lo que menos me gustó. Los huevos siempre están resecos. La piscina está bien para los niños, no para hacer natación. La cama es cómoda y la televisión es grande. No se oye nada de ruido de la calle en las habitaciones

Good location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.

Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

The hotel is very quiet and makes you feel at home. The staff is very kind and pleasant. Always wearing face masks and keeping a safe distance The breakfast is tasty, we appreciated the fruit and the waffles wish they had some coffee or tea also in the evening. The pool area is lovely just wish the water of the pool was bit warmer. The location is very convenient in a beautiful neighbourhood with plenty of amenities within walking distance a church and very close to the airport We will gladly come back in the future. Ohh my only complaint is that they didn’t have more soap we used the one they gave us when we arrived and the they didn’t have anymore in the hotel 🥴

Spent two nights. Room was cleaned late in the afternoon but well done. Pool on roof with great view! No in room coffee only negative.

Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”. The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences.
