Hotels near Cruise Ship Pier, Puerto Vallarta

Todo muy bien con el servicio, aunque tuve un detalle con la reserva, todo se solucionó y pude disfrutar. Yo le agregaría más amenidades, más servicios, como traslados Aeropuerto-Hotel-Aeropuerto y más variedad en sus alimentos y bebidas.

I had to switch rooms twice because it was either not what I booked/paid for, or because it smelled like cigarettes. The 3rd and final room I stayed in was actually perfect. So I think the cig room was an exception to the norm. Something else that kinda sucked about the place though, was that the windows don’t open, not even a crack. So there’s no fresh air, just recycled air through the entire hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport. And it was quiet, and nice and dark, my son and I slept really well.

A perfect hotel for the travelers with a clean room and modern facility only walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is very good. The front desk is very slow. I waited for around 30 minutes for checking.

Our room was 2 feet from the elevator in the main lobby! We can hear every single person talking and walking by our door as well as kids screaming because the ice cream shop was 15 feet away. The amount of pressure they are putting on every single guest to go and attend the timeshare promotion is unbelievable. If you attend, usually they give you some decent gifts. We get a $200 voucher to spend on the food and drinks. Most of the time they didn't want to take vouchers, or you had to spend the whole $50 at once because the rule was not money back. So if we spend $30 or $40 we have to give them $50. The food was everything but good. The promotional taco dinner was disgusting, with dry fish, beef with no flavor, and dry and overcooked chicken. And they didn't accept vouchers. I went back home with an unused $50 voucher in my pocket because I couldn't use it. Ramon and Martin from the front desk were the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I ever met. All the servers and workers are very hard-working people.

Spent two nights. Room was cleaned late in the afternoon but well done. Pool on roof with great view! No in room coffee only negative.

Our stay has been an invitation to come back and come back, starting with customer service. A first class service from the person who receives you at the hotel and opens the door of the car where you arrive, the people who kindly attend you at the reception with a smile and an authentic sense of service, the porters who go out of their way to ask you for a taxi and help you load what you bring without being asked, and anyone who works in the hotel in the reception area is undoubtedly there to serve you with the best service disposition. Also in the pool area, and restaurants. The impeccable place, with an architectural beauty. Its spaciousness and distribution of both the hotel and the rooms welcome you. The fact of being an open place allows us to feel the weather, and the wind that blows is a very pleasant sensation. The decoration of the place is warm and tasteful, giving us a feeling of being ”at home”. The location of the place gives rise to going for a walk to the Marina, both day and night, with complete security, and all the places we went are very close, 5, 10, 15 minutes by car: Walmart, Shopping Centers , Malecon, Downtown, Restaurants, Maritime Terminal. The access to the beach is a delight, with unbeatable views of the sunset. We enjoy the extra activities that the stay at the hotel includes, and the fact that they are not invasive to our moments of being. The food is very good, and although the price is a bit high, it is worth staying **** at the hotel to eat. I want to close by congratulating the Customer Service program that the hotel has, since it is surely an administration that takes its time to train all the people who work there in this area. Customer service makes the difference in an experience, and that is what we look for when going on vacation, living pleasant and memorable experiences. The environment is very good, the airport is coming soon, and the facilities for the children to play are a pirate ship. The taste of the food is not bad. Japanese meal French meal needs to be booked one day in advance and only dinner is open. Can't live for three days! The facilities in the hotel room are slightly older. Later, I changed a little five-star hotel on the mountain, and you know that the original hotel is justified, even the color of the sea is different. Many families in this hotel come here. There is a free show at 9:00 pm... It’s boring to see it.

The hotel room was spacious, the price was cheap, and it was nice that I could connect my phone to the TV and watch TV. The view was just okay.

Service was above grade. We had to change rooms because our first room had a smelly bathroom, otherwise fine. Food and margaritas were great. Location is excellent and close to a major grocery store.
