Hotels near Darzciems, Riga

"Old hotel but very clean and in a perfect location. They pffer good amenities. It’s old but for the price was perfect. The only downside is the internet not being very stable. Good virw from my window."

"Piha oli upea, kaunis valaistus pimeällä. Hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdillaan. Vessassa lattialaatat olivat irti ne tarttuivat jalkapohjiin. Suihkun lämminvesi säätö oli vaarallinen, polttavan kuumaa yhtäkkiä."

"The receptionists were helpful, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm and clean. Breakfast was good. Public transportation is right outside the hotel, with excellent connections to the Old Town. Free parking is available. We'll definitely be back."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel room was clean and comfortable. Decent location, a bit far from all the touristy places and stuff. However, the hotel is situated right next to a tram line which is a big bonus. Only downside is that it lacked the amenities, however it was stated upon booking, so I cannot complain."

"The hotel has a good location, and paid on-site parking is available. Breakfasts were delicious. HOWEVER, the rooms are quite dated. We found mold in the bathroom, which is a significant issue for allergy sufferers. If you have allergies, we definitely do not recommend staying here."

"Slap bang in the middle of Rīga, everything is walking distance, about 15 minutes tops to either direction and all the art nouveau architecture you could desire! Furthest walk was to the Holy Trinity Church, which you have to go over the bridge, but totally worth it. This hotel is mainly closest to the Orthadox church near a huge park. Breakfast has a variety, even if you're vegan too! Was impressed that you can have plant based milk hot coffees (but machine is very slow and temperamental). Would be nice to have had some vegan sausages, but you won't go hungry. The room I had was lush, very comfortable bedding, just a shame about the view, was facing the inside of the building and carpark. I would say for a 5 star hotel, coffee facilities could have been better, they were very basic, whereas other European 5 star hotels usually have a Nespresso machine or similar. Staff very friendly and accommodating of all hours of day and night!"

"Riga is only staying here, so it is difficult to compare, but it is very normal. At dawn, the cat and bird in the neighborhood are noisy, the breakfast is not good, and there is no elevator. It is far from the sightseeing spot, but there is no problem using buses and trams. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around."

"The beautiful hotel is in the heart of the city, in a distance from the station and from the bus station. The hotel has everything, a refrigerator, a stove, very convenient if you come for a few days with your family. The only thing that cleaning apartments happens once a week is , it is little, but if you ask the staff, they are very responsive and will solve all the questions . I stop not the first time and very satisfied. Every time there are some innovations- recently opened spa and good prices for procedures, and if you want you can order breakfast with delivery of €12 good enough breakfast. I recommend"

"Exceptional service, very welcoming and friendly staff. Our stay was nothing short of comfortable. We travelled with our 3 year old son and we cant recommend the hotel enough."

"The location was good, most tourist spots were within walking distance and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was convenient. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out service was also good."
