"The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. The hotel is a bit far from some of the stores in the area but there is a convenience store right at the first level as well as a lady selling custard and red bean pancakes right outside the convenience store. The window could not be closed and was easily blown open and close by the strong winds. The shower door was also extremely loud when being moved and not well maintained."

The front desk staff speak good English and provide excellent service. It offers great value for money and comes highly recommended!"

"The soundproof of this hotel was so badly poor. The people from the upstairs were so loud and they’re almost screaming every 5 min. It sounded like they’re having a party at midnight. I couldn’t sleep until 1-2am, and I complained about it the next day and found out the college students stayed. I stayed with my parents and given the room in 5th floor. I asked the hotel for a room from higher floors but I couldn’t get it. This hotel is pretty ok at decent prices that’s why college students can be staying. So just you note this. And this hotel doesn’t provide the normal parking lot. It is an automated parking garage(mechanical parking system) so only sedan/small cars can be parked. And the automated parking lot is closed after the business hours. So if you return in the late evening you need to park outside. The public parking lots are near. But it’s still very inconvenient in that most visitors have rental cars, of course it’s Jeju."

"Rooms as advertised and value for money, the toilet bowl is fixed with electronic bidet and we are so happy with this amenity. Nearby many free parking and 7-11 & GS25 is just at the corner, microwave is outside room at common area but not allow to eat there, only inside room. Overall is good & recommend to stay with car renting. without car we don’t know🙏"

The interior of the room is old overall, but it replaces the disappointment as a cost-effectiveness.There are not many types of breakfast, but if it is not suitable to solve breakfast in the city for 10,000 won, we recommend a resort breakfast."
