First, the soundproofing is seriously lacking. I can hear everything from the TV to the next room. The most inconvenient part was the step at the bathroom entrance, which made it uncomfortable to walk around and cause accidents. When I used the shower, water overflowed onto the sink and didn't drain properly, making my slippers wet. A glass partition is needed. There's no towel rack next to the sink or bathtub, which is inconvenient. I'd like to see a towel rack installed for convenience.

It’s a good hotel, the staff are attentive and helpful and the afternoon tea and happy hour (as part of the executive premium package) were great. Breakfast was standard but slightly less quality than some of the other Courtyard properties in Seoul but over it was a great stay. Would recommend it.

Excellent value for money! The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel was very clean. There's a convenient store right downstairs, and a direct bus to Myeongdong stops right outside, getting you there in just 45 minutes. Super convenient!

Kay SomneukThe hotel is kind of old fashion and no view even though with window but necessary facilities and amenities are still provided. Walkable to AK Plaza malls and there're many kind of restaurants around. As I checked in quite late around over midnight, the receptionist helped proceeding my check-in easily within 5 mins. It's okay for short stay and if I only need a clean place to sleep. Prepare adapter with you as they might not have it for you to borrow at some case.

The staff were really nice & accommodating. The room is so clean and quiet. So near at the Moran Station and so accessible to the nearby restaurants and convenience stores. This place is very recommended.

The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a large smart TV, making my stay convenient, and the layout was suitable for business trips or light relaxation. Being located near a train station, it offered excellent accessibility with plenty of restaurants and facilities nearby, while the interior had a calm atmosphere, allowing me to stay without any major inconveniences.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. The hotel is close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get around.
I would definitely stay here again next time if I have the chance.

This is a very good hotel for the price. It was clean, very very well heated(especially important in wintertime) and even had a very nice clean bathroom and bathtub. The bathtub was especially nice and big and comfortable to relax in. This hotel is located very near Sunae metro station and also relatively near Jeongja metro station. Jeongja station will get you downtown pretty quickly while Sunae is on the Bokjeong(I think) line which has a lot on it. The staff was very helpful and the area was safe even at night. There are many options for eating, fast-food and higher tier options as well. No, not a luxury hotel, but definitely a good price considering the location, convenience, and helpful staff.

Marsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

The boss was not at the front desk and waited for a while before coming over. The attitude is very good, that is, I often don't have to call. Although it is on the first floor, it is still comfortable to live. There is an e-sports computer, which is useless. The space is not large, the sound insulation is average
