"The room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was super friendly; on our first day, he showed my friend how to use the coffee machine at breakfast. Breakfast itself was simple, with pastries, cereals, milk, and juice. The hotel has a really cozy vibe, and its location is great—just a 5-minute walk from Mudan Metro Station. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely book here again."

Moran Station was only a 10-minute walk away. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby. The facilities were clean, and I experienced no inconveniences in any aspect. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths. Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season. The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam. Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"I always stay here for business trips. It's very convenient, within walking distance of the subway station. They also have a public water dispenser, which is a must-have for Chinese people who like hot water. Now, the hotel even has a cash exchange machine. Everything is becoming more convenient, though the cleanliness in the corners still needs improvement."

"First, the soundproofing is seriously lacking. I can hear everything from the TV to the next room. The most inconvenient part was the step at the bathroom entrance, which made it uncomfortable to walk around and cause accidents. When I used the shower, water overflowed onto the sink and didn't drain properly, making my slippers wet. A glass partition is needed. There's no towel rack next to the sink or bathtub, which is inconvenient. I'd like to see a towel rack installed for convenience."

"The hotel is surrounded by business areas, so the amenities in the immediate vicinity aren't great. There's a mall a few kilometers away. However, the hotel itself is excellent; it's a 4-star hotel with 5-star quality. It has a swimming pool, but you can only access it once a day. I must say, hotels in Korea generally have very good hygiene and service."
