Hotels near Jangji Station, Seoul

This hotel is only a block away from The Convention Songpa where we attended our friend’s wedding. It is a bit far from tourist spots in town but it’s on subway line 8. Lotte World Tower and Olympic park are close by. If I come back to Seoul again I probably won’t stay here. Personally I was disappointed with the breakfast. I normally love Korean breakfast but their options were very limited and the same food all three days we stayed there. There was a problem with the drainage in the shower. I stood in a pool of water the whole time and I had to stop my shower twice because I was afraid I was going to flood the floor. If you need hair dryer and iron, you’ll have to request from the front desk. There wasn’t a shower floor mat/rug either. The cleaning staff were very nice though and the front desk folks speak English well.

Great locations and many good restaurants nearby. However, the bathroom had some hairs on the floor and the toilet seat was wet when I checked in. The mirror and the wall were dirty. Also, the street noise was quite loud (I was on the second floor).

i had a seamless check in and check out. the room is clean upon check in and everything is as is on the pictures and description. its very near a subway station with 2 lines so its very easy to go around. there are lots of restaurants everywhere as well as convenience stores. i went to a concert at olympic stadium and didn't have a problem on my way to and going back to the hotel, its even just 10-15 minutes travel time.

Unless you speak Korean or English, do not stay at this hotel. The service is terrible, and communication is impossible, let alone a good experience. I'm just glad I made it out alive.

I would recommend this hotel for someone who comes to watch the concert at KSPO since it took only 4 stations to get there! I went to queue up for the goods and md early in the morning, then come back to take some rest at the hotel before going to KSPO again! The room is clean and big enough for 2 person. The staff was very nice. There is an olive young and daiso nearby. Not much restaurant but there is one 24hr restaurant you can eat. Will come to stay again for the next concert! 💖💖

After shopping at Lotte World Mall, we walked about 8 minutes through an underpass to get to the hotel from the nearest subway station on Line 8. There were many similar-looking hotels in the area. We arrived late at night, and the walk to the hotel was quite deserted. I was with a friend, so I wasn't scared, but it felt a bit dark. It seemed like taking Line 2 from Jamsil Station would lead directly from a main road, which would be brighter. The main street right next to the hotel was bustling with many restaurants, so even if you arrive late, you won't have trouble finding food. Although it felt a bit like a motel, the room and bathroom were quite spacious and quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Bath towels and toiletries (shampoo, etc.) are provided. If you forget items like a toothbrush or toner, you can purchase a set containing various essentials for 2,000 won. The guy at the reception was also very kind.

This place was genuinely much better than I expected. I was a bit worried after reading some other reviews, but the front desk lady was super nice and even spoke a little Chinese! Check-in was easy, just signed my passport. I stayed in a deluxe room, and I thought it was perfectly fine, especially since I was so tired after the concert and could get back quickly. Just a heads-up: make sure you don't take the express train and miss Samseong Station; get off at Exit 1. The room had a fridge (with paper cups inside) and a safe, plus bathrobes. Remember to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush though (I think that's a common policy in Korean hotels). There's a huge COEX mall nearby, great for shopping, and Lotte World is right downstairs, but I didn't have time to visit. The bed was big enough for two (I was solo). The TV was large, but I didn't use it. If you're going to a concert at Jamsil Arena, this hotel is a really good choice. To get to Jamsil, use Exits 6 or 7 from the Sports Complex Station. There's a convenience store nearby that sells batteries, and restrooms are available. I believe Exit 6 has lockers. If you can't find a place to store your luggage, you have two options: 1. Store it at the COEX shopping center, or 2. Hide it in a stairwell corner at Jamsil (no guarantee it won't get lost). Overall, I thought it was great! If my favorite artist performs at Jamsil again, I'll definitely stay here! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

My husband and I stayed at this hotel mainly for visiting Lotte World. We found it to be an excellent location as it was a short walk to the theme park, tower and mall. But it was also on a really cool street with tons of restaurants, shops and bars, many open 24 hours. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the self service cafe at the top was also a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again!

Don’t book this hotel on Ctrip, it’s 50% more expensive than booking directly offline! The room I bought on Ctrip was a dark and small single room, more like a Motel. I spent about the same amount of money offline to book a family room. It was very large and spacious, and I felt very comfortable. The disadvantage is that the pillows are too high and my colleagues think the mattress is too soft.

I first knew there was a smoking room in Korea. The Sdendard room is a smoking room. If you want a room, not a smoking room, you have to choose a deluxe room. It's a tourist hodel with a night club. The facilities are old and go quiet The location is convenient because it is right in front of the Garak Market subway station.
