The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to Sinsa Subway Station, and if you stick to the main road, there's no steep hill like some photos online might suggest. It's right next to Seoul Forest, and you can walk to Apgujeong in about 10-15 minutes. There's also a three-story Olive Young just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is super convenient! While the rooms aren't huge, the soundproofing is pretty good, and the shower water pressure is absolutely fantastic! The location is fantastic! It's super close to the subway station and the airport bus stop. Plus, there are convenience stores like CU, GS25, 7-Eleven, and shops like Olive Young and Daiso right nearby. So convenient!

The location is superb, the design is trendy, and the service is warm and friendly. Getting around Gangnam was incredibly easy. Right outside, there's an airport bus stop (Bus 6703) that takes you directly to Incheon/Gimpo Airport – super convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to Apgujeong Station or Hak-dong Station, which are on lines 3 and 7, making it quick to get to Myeongdong, Hongdae, or Gangnam Station. The surrounding area is packed with trendy restaurants, fashion boutiques, and the famous Cheongdam-dong shopping street, so you can shop and dine all in one go. It's bustling yet surprisingly peaceful. ✨ Stylish Design, Excellent Quality The hotel boasts a brand-new, modern design. The lobby is bright and cool, full of artistic flair, with comfortable seating areas perfect for photos. The rooms are clean, odor-free, and well-lit, with a well-planned layout that feels spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer great city views, and the high-floor rooms have an amazing panorama. Standard amenities include smart bathroom fixtures, separate wet and dry areas, branded toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and even an espresso machine – every detail is thoughtfully provided. 🛏️ Comfortable Bedding, Excellent Soundproofing The mattress is just right – not too soft, not too firm – I fell asleep instantly. The duvet is soft and breathable. The soundproofing is exceptional; with the windows closed, you can't hear any street noise. It's wonderfully quiet amidst the hustle and bustle of Gangnam, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The air conditioning/heating control is precise, making it comfortable to stay in any season. Plus, there are plenty of USB ports, so no need for adapters – super handy. 💁 Attentive Service, Multilingual Support The 24-hour front desk staff are warm, efficient, and can communicate effortlessly in Chinese, English, and Korean. Check-in and check-out are a breeze. Housekeeping is meticulous daily, replenishing supplies promptly. They can also help arrange taxis and book attractions, which is a great stress-reliever. We were 2 friends from Europe. We chose the twin beds room. Every person at the entrance was really kind, help us to find good places to eat. The hotel is just next to the subway so it’s easy to go everywhere in Seoul. The room is big enough to put the big suitcase open on the floor and bags. Really clean, the floor was warm. I will keep that hotel for a next trip. The cleaning team came to give us new towels and clean our room. It was really good. Thank you so much.

From the moment you step into the lobby, it is clear that this property takes pride in offering an elevated, stress-free luxury experience.

During winter season you're not allowed to turn aircond. Just open the window and you'll feel a little bit better but not much. Everything is good and there's airport bus stop just right behind the hotel. Convenient store nearby, Subway just 8mins walking.

The hotel's location is between Hakdong and Apgujeong. The subway isn't super close (5-10 minutes) on foot, and there are uphill/downhill sections… but anyway, there's a bus stop right across the street, which is quite convenient. Downstairs, there's a specialized liquor store with a great selection, which is a definite plus! The street noise, however, is terribly loud… the sound of motorcycles is deafening and continuous. Thanks to my super strong sleep ability combined with earplugs (provided by the hotel), I finally made it through two nights… As for hygiene… when you see hair on the towels for two consecutive days that hasn't been cleaned, you really just have to laugh… I definitely didn't use the hotel's towels… which led to some unnecessary thoughts while looking at the showerhead 🤪 Anyway… the slippers have very thin soles, and there are no toiletries provided, so I recommend bringing your own.

I randomly picked this hotel when I went to KSPO for a concert, and it was a delightful surprise! First off, the location is superb. It's in Gangnam, near Sinnonhyeon Station on Line 9. It's just a 5-minute walk from the station to the hotel, making it super convenient for getting to the airport and the venue. You can even catch the express train. Secondly, the area around the hotel is very lively. There's a convenience store and coffee shop downstairs, and all sorts of delicious food options are within walking distance. I booked a family room with two beds this time. For a small country like Korea, where space is at a premium, the room was surprisingly spacious. The website mentioned a 1.3m + 0.8m bed, but the larger bed felt big enough for two people. There's also a sofa lounge area. The front desk staff spoke English, so checking in and communicating was a breeze. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I come for a concert!

Very thankful that they are English speaking PLUS PLUS PLUS they help store our bicycle boxes (6 of us) until we return after our ride to Busan. However we also note that thy have limited space which is why best to use soft bicycle case which can be folded up and stacked nearly. I trust that they can help handle bigger groups, just need to call them up and ask nicely. Love the hotel rooms too, though a bit tight but the space is generous enough for us to navigate even with unpacking and packing our bicycles with 2 person in a shared room. Thank you Best Western Premier Gangnam for making our first and last day in Seoul pleasurable for we have the best sleep in the single bed.

Great location with excellent transport links! You can easily hop on Subway Lines 3, 7, and Shinbundang. It's a bit of an uphill walk, so I recommend exiting Line 3 at Exit 1 (which has an elevator) and turning right, or exiting Line 7 at Exit 9 (which has an escalator) and walking straight. Then, head up the alley next to Starbucks.
