"I had a pleasant stay at Brooklyn Blues Hotel overall. The room was comfortable, and one of the highlights was the complimentary ciabatta. It may not look particularly fancy, but it was surprisingly delicious—I really enjoyed it! The only downside during my stay was the nearby construction. The noise started early in the morning and was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep on several days. I understand this is beyond the hotel’s control, but it’s something future guests should be aware of if they’re light sleepers. Despite that, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again once the construction is completed."

"The hill was really tough! Because I was staying for multiple nights and there weren't many hotels available, I chose this one since I could get to downtown Seoul by bus for about 170 won one way. There was Wi-Fi, and a microwave just outside the room. Free bottled water was also available, so I didn't experience any inconvenience. The bathroom facilities felt a bit old, but they were very clean. However, the walk up to the hotel involves a pretty steep hill, which would be quite a workout in hot weather. The receptionist was a Chinese woman; her explanations were concise but she was kind and helpful."

"I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's location is excellent, super close to Sungshin Women's University subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation very convenient for coming and going. The most pleasant surprise was how spacious both the room and bathroom were; it felt completely unconstricting, and there was plenty of space to open up suitcases. Although the breakfast selection was simple, the overall cleanliness and tidiness were good. Considering the location and space, the price was really great, offering excellent value for money! If I come to Seoul again, I will definitely choose to stay here!"

"This was not my first time staying here, but the service this time provided by Sophia is horrible. I checked in at 6:30-45pm that day. First Sophia just found 1 booking for me, then I told her I actually have 2 then she checked again and she found. Then said she offered me a room which upgraded, once I went up the room and I didn’t feel well, my ears were hurt might be because of the room pressure then I went down and requested if I can changed back my room type. Sophia just said to me all rooms are occupied and only corner room available. I was quite shocked because still have some groups behind me and wait for check-in but it’s fine maybe their room type is different. And she said one more corner room on sixth floor and I request changed to 6th floor, and Sophia said if I would like to change the text that I need to pay the upgrade fee. Huh??? What’s wrong with this situation? She offered me there a room available on sixth floor and then she said I need to pay the upgrade and at first she upgraded me. I told her I just need the type what I booked and no need any upgrade offer and she said all rooms are occupied. I asked what about you just mentioned the room on sixth floor? Sophia said oh sorry that was occupied too. Am I joke to you???? You didn’t check clearly beforehead? I don’t feel good with her attitude and she is working as a customer oriented industry needs to perform best service to customers. Her attitude comparing with others staff who worked there was not in standard. I appreciated for the service which provided by the manager and also the luggage helper and the housekeeper but not Sophia!!! I didn’t request any changes afterwards because she insisted my room just the one and only room available in the hotel that was so hilarious!!!"

"The facilities were great, the service was excellent, and they treated me kindly! I had to change rooms, and I was grateful that they switched them for me and treated me so kindly ☺️ It was clean and I had a very comfortable stay. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and plenty of things to do for a quick outing, which was fantastic! It was a wonderful trip. I would definitely visit again."

"The room size was just right, not too big, not too small, and it had a balcony with a great view for watching the sunrise – absolutely stunning! I’ve uploaded pictures of the view at different times of the day for everyone’s reference. The transportation is incredibly convenient; there are several subway lines right downstairs to choose from, and as soon as you step out, there are all sorts of dining options. The mall is also right downstairs, making it super easy to buy anything you need! Most importantly, I love to run, and this hotel is very close to Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is a dream come true for running enthusiasts! It's a 5km one-way run, making it 10km round trip! Fantastic! The hotel breakfast was also a highlight; the fried chicken, noodles, and mixed salads were absolutely delicious! Plus, the front desk staff were very friendly. When we arrived, there was even a guide who spoke Chinese, which was very nice! I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Unforgettable Seoul, you brought me endless surprises!"

"The location might not be ideal for those who want to be very close to the city center, but for my purposes, it was perfect. Otherwise, for this price, there was nothing to complain about. The bathtub with a showerhead instead of just a wall-mounted nozzle is a huge plus for Korea, so you don't end up with a flooded bathroom floor. The room has all the basic toiletries, even a rubber item ready to go. All in all, I'm satisfied for the price."

"I stayed at this hotel because it's close to the high-speed train station, which I was heading to the next day. The environment is excellent, and the lady at the front desk downstairs provided great service. The value for money is unbeatable! Plus, it's only about a ten-minute walk to the high-speed train station. Thank you, I'll definitely come back in the future."

"The accommodation is conveniently located near shopping areas, with plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. It’s within walking distance to the subway station line no:4 , and there is a bus stop right across from the hotel. The place is clean, and the staff are very helpful. Housekeeping is provided daily. Complimentary drinking water is available at the lobby throughout the day, and there is also a microwave for guest use. Overall, it offers great value for money."

"The hostel staff changes daily, but they're all very friendly and provide a bottle of water every day. It would be even better if they could offer a late-night bus booking service to Seoul airport in the future!"
