The room has everything and more. There's a beautiful beach nearby, and the airport is literally a 10-15-minute taxi ride away. The reception desk isn't open at night, and we had an early flight, so we caught a taxi on the road within 5 minutes. The cafes along the beach close for lunch around 3pm until 4pm or 5pm, and we almost died when we got caught in one.

The room was spotless with a great view, and the bed was so soft I slept like a baby. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The location was fantastic, right by the sea. A perfect stay, couldn't fault it!

i love how our room can see airplane very clearly and both sunrise and sunset, i love how comfortable and i saw the staff was cleaning the room after the customer checked out and it was great to know that they are taking care of their cleanliness really well. only the minus point is that my kettle in the room wasnt working and some of the lights bulb cant be used but that wont be a problem for us because we only stayed for one night. i love how close it is with dodubong coastal rainbow road and with other places. locatin wise = really good. easy to get taxi here as well and nearby airport.

overall, the Shin Shin Jeju airport hotel was good. For the price that you pay it was a nice budget hotel with a decent amenities. Some people complained about their room being dirty, but ours was pretty clean. We didn’t see anything that was too noticeable. The front staff does not speak English when we checked in or checked out. It was very close to lots of different restaurants and convenience stores, which made it a really good location. Overall, we would stay there again. Something that we noticed that was a little bit strange was that there’s no alarm clock in the room, but maybe most people these days use their phone as their alarm clock so that’s why it wasn’t in the room.

The room was clean, tidy, and bright, with complete amenities. The host was warm, hospitable, and helpful. The community environment was beautiful; Lihu Beach was right in front of the guesthouse, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the Hongbaima Lighthouse. Baojian Road Pedestrian Street and the airport were also within a 15-minute drive, making it very convenient! I really liked it and would definitely stay again!

I have to be honest. I don't like it. I mean this place is nice.. but I have problem talking to one of the staff that cannot speak in english. And there is jacket in my room.. i dont feel it completely clean the room.. but I have to give credit to one of gifl staff who are very polite and sincerely apologize. I change my Accomodation while staying here.

Great! It's very clean and hygienic. It's convenient for getting everywhere, with lots of delicious food and drinks nearby. There's also a convenience store right downstairs. It's very quiet and excellent overall. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Second time staying at this hotel. The sea view room offers a great view, especially on a clear day. For the price, it's really excellent value for money. There's a bus stop right downstairs and a CU convenience store, making it quite convenient overall. Getting to the airport or city by taxi is also easy, perfect for those who enjoy a slower-paced trip. Worth mentioning is their fried chicken – it's absolutely delicious! Make sure to eat it while it's hot; it's incredibly, incredibly tender. Highly recommend!

As an international chain, it delivers quality while being incredibly affordable, far exceeding my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The hotel is situated in the most vibrant area of New Jeju, just 3.5 km from Jeju International Airport, a quick 10-minute taxi ride away – a huge plus for travelers with lots of luggage. Even better, it's a mere 10-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free and 15 minutes to Shilla Duty Free. You can shop, drop off your purchases at the hotel, and avoid lugging heavy bags around. The room experience was also excellent. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, and at 30 square meters, it's easily one of the most spacious options for this price range in Jeju. We could easily open two 28-inch suitcases simultaneously with plenty of room to move around. Although the hotel opened in 2015, it's very well-maintained, clean, tidy, and completely odor-free. The bedding was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The service was very attentive. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, so communication was effortless. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and they proactively offered us a Jeju map and recommended local dining spots and attractions. The 24-hour front desk service was also very convenient; no matter how late we returned, someone was always there to assist us.
