Very close to the subway station, bus stop, and Daiso. There's also a convenience store downstairs. The lobby is on the 6th floor (the elevator button is marked 'L'). Check-in time is 3 PM, but you can store your luggage if you arrive early. The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. For toiletries, the shower gel and shampoo are in one bottle, and there's conditioner. There are no toothbrushes provided, but you can buy them at the front desk. The gym is free, and breakfast costs extra.

Overall, the room is quite economical and includes breakfast. The location is excellent, right next to Busan Station, making it super convenient for getting anywhere. However, check-out is very early at 10:00 AM. Also, they didn't change the slippers for three days. My parents' slippers got wet after showering, and it took a lot of discussion to get even one replacement pair when we asked for two. I'd say it's a very practical choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Location near Haeundae Market, easy transportation, bus stop next to guesthouse, many foods around, near to Haeundae Beach, no elevator, stairs up from the road, I’ve got 3rd floor, receptionist is on the 2nd floor. Free drinking water, microwave, cutlery. The host is very friendly and helpfull.

This hotel is amazing. The harbor and city view was breathtaking. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom with bathtub. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They kept my bags before having access to the room and after check out. The location is nice. The nearest bus stop is 1 min away and underground station 8min away. The hotel is 2 stations away from Busan station. However, I’d recommend not charging for a toothbrush and toothpaste. Maybe give it at check in for those who would need them. I would definitely consider coming back to this hotel !

Small rooms but clean and budget for around 24$ in a very central location from subway station 20 meters and walking distance from several attractions and 2 subway stations from Busan Train station. Also breakfast included bis extraordinary in this price! Limited English speaking reception but doing their best and functional. They also have washing machine for free! Appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay in Busan this time! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient, close to attractions and Haeundae Street. The staff were really friendly, making me feel right at home. Next time I'm in Busan, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it to my friends!

Im a first timer in busan, saw a travel blog sharing this hotel location and service is great and pricing is afforable. I paid about 150 per night for double room (for 2pax). Encounter quite a few issues but because one of the staff (a young man) his service is the best there and it provide me some comfort. 1) bath towel shortage I was given face towel x2 as a replacement for bath towel. I only know this after i ask on the 2nd day. I also mentioned there were no bottle drinks replaced. So when someone come over and pass me, he told me no more bath towel and gave me 2 x face towel and a semi wet bath towel. Then he wanted to come in and see if i lied about the mineral water. When he open the fridge he saw the drinks (3 bottled) and say there is drink but these were yesterday ones and i asked for 1 only. From what i see, when they come in clean the room, of the room still have water and towel they will not replace or they will replace half? 2) staff being rude There was this guy, probably middle age i encounter him on 4 Apr night time, i went to inform no bath towel on the 1st day. The room only had 1 bath towel and 4x face towel. So counter dont know of the towel shortage. He give me a unhappy face and ask me ”so”, ”what you want”... im speechless and i dont want to spoil my holiday mood. I told him i will comw later to get and he says 1st come 1st serve he dont have so many at the counter. :( 3) no aircon This seems to be a norm for most hotel during cold season. So i had to open rhe balcony door and it was noisy. Anyway i will not come back to this hotel to stay but i must say the location is great. Just beside the traditional market and the stretch has loads of restuarant.

The hotel is located just off Nampo Station, with two CU convenience stores nearby and close to a well-organized street lined with large stores like Converse and ABC Mart. It was very clean and excellent. I booked it for a BTS concert, and the price remained the same as advertised. I really wished I could have stayed longer. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Busan.

The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel. Room: I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything. Location: This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night. Staff & Hospitality: Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected. Overall Impression: Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.

Check-in is at 5 PM. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay 10,000 won. I went at 3 PM but couldn't check in without paying the 10,000 won. Check-out is at 11 AM. I tried to check out at the kiosk, but the machine was broken, so I had to go to an office in another building to check out. The service was 'um' (this 'um' is different from the previous one). The window doesn't open.
