"This was not my first time staying here, but the service this time provided by Sophia is horrible. I checked in at 6:30-45pm that day. First Sophia just found 1 booking for me, then I told her I actually have 2 then she checked again and she found. Then said she offered me a room which upgraded, once I went up the room and I didn’t feel well, my ears were hurt might be because of the room pressure then I went down and requested if I can changed back my room type. Sophia just said to me all rooms are occupied and only corner room available. I was quite shocked because still have some groups behind me and wait for check-in but it’s fine maybe their room type is different. And she said one more corner room on sixth floor and I request changed to 6th floor, and Sophia said if I would like to change the text that I need to pay the upgrade fee. Huh??? What’s wrong with this situation? She offered me there a room available on sixth floor and then she said I need to pay the upgrade and at first she upgraded me. I told her I just need the type what I booked and no need any upgrade offer and she said all rooms are occupied. I asked what about you just mentioned the room on sixth floor? Sophia said oh sorry that was occupied too. Am I joke to you???? You didn’t check clearly beforehead? I don’t feel good with her attitude and she is working as a customer oriented industry needs to perform best service to customers. Her attitude comparing with others staff who worked there was not in standard. I appreciated for the service which provided by the manager and also the luggage helper and the housekeeper but not Sophia!!! I didn’t request any changes afterwards because she insisted my room just the one and only room available in the hotel that was so hilarious!!!"

"The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Ewha Womans University Station. Downstairs, there's a bustling commercial area with plenty of food and shopping options, including a decent-sized Olive Young. The hotel felt more like a motel; the front desk and hallways were dimly lit. The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted, so it got too cold and I ended up having to unplug it. The room was simple and lacked any design aesthetic – just a double bed, a small round table, a single chair, and a TV stand. There was nowhere to hang clothes on the wall, so I had to pile them on the chair. The bathroom was quite large but the fixtures were a bit dated. It's okay if you just need a place to sleep for one night, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again."

"The place was brand new and very clean. The shared toilets and showers were also spotless, and the kitchen space was spacious – no complaints there. For those familiar with traveling in Korea, they'd be surprised at how much cleaner the bathrooms are compared to hotels. Check-in and check-out were easy and automated, and the location is fantastic, right outside Exit 6 of Dongdaemun Station and close to the airport bus stop. The room came with a bed, a bath bag, and even a charging cable. There was also a shared hair straightener available. I will definitely stay here again."

"I stayed at this hotel because it's close to the high-speed train station, which I was heading to the next day. The environment is excellent, and the lady at the front desk downstairs provided great service. The value for money is unbeatable! Plus, it's only about a ten-minute walk to the high-speed train station. Thank you, I'll definitely come back in the future."

"I had an event and hotels with good transportation links were very expensive, so I booked this one thinking it wasn't too far from Seoul. However, it's quite a walk from the station, and the hill leading up to the hotel is incredibly steep! 😂 It felt like a workout dragging my suitcase up there. Even after passing through the gate, the ground was uneven, making it difficult to roll a suitcase. It truly feels like a small inn at the entrance of a mountain. The room itself was clean and had a desk. The front desk staff were very friendly. I was a little uneasy about leaving my key in a basket at the entrance when I went out. I think this place would be good for those who enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. But for first-time travelers, those with a lot of luggage, or people wanting to do a lot of sightseeing, I think the location might be a bit challenging."

"My second time staying here but this time as a solo traveller. For the price, I think what was provided in the room was pretty good. Layout and chair could be improved to allow for people to work better in the room. Definitely the plus is its location, and its quietness as well, near the train station and lots and lots of shops around the area, inc many cafes, as this is a university area. Near to Dongdaemun and Myeongdong as well by train."

"The location is excellen with several train stations nearby, making it very convenient! I would consider staying here again on my next trip! The only thing that bothered me was that a sewage smell started filling the bathroom from the second night of my stay... The cups provided in the room are paper cups so guests who prefer regular cups may want to bring their own. It was also very convenient that I could store my suitcase in a locker inside the hotel even after checking out!"

"Good points: The location is excellent. The bus stop for Incheon Airport is right nearby. There were also many restaurants open late, so I could enjoy a meal even after a late concert. The common areas were kept clean, and the cold water provided was a lifesaver. The refrigerator and microwave were also clean. The other guests were very quiet, and I wasn't bothered by outside noise. Having a trash can in the room was convenient, so I didn't have to climb down from the top bunk just to throw things away. Bad points: Towels were placed on the top shelf of the locker, and water, earplugs, and slippers were on the bottom. However, the bottom shelf was designated for shoes, so I was uncomfortable with those items being placed directly in that space. The shower booth was very small. There was no bath mat, so the floor was soaking wet, and the wetness spread to the toilet area. On Saturday night, many people used the facilities, so there was a lot of hair on the floor, and the trash cans were overflowing. I requested a bottom bunk but was assigned a top bunk. The stairs were steep, which I found difficult, and someone on the bottom bunk had hung their clothes, making it even harder to climb. When I closed the bed curtain, the air conditioning couldn't reach, so it got very hot while I was sleeping. There was a lockable storage space next to the bed, but it contained opened feminine hygiene products, so I didn't use that space. On my second day, when I returned to the hotel, my locker had inexplicably reset to 0000 instead of my set combination. There were instructions in Japanese in the room, and the staff were very pleasant. The check-in terminal also had a Japanese option, making it easy to use."

"The hotel is located right next to Samyang sageori station and not too far from Mia station, and has buses close too. The neighbourhood is really pretty and a contrast from the busy centre of Seoul. I didn’t take pics of the room, but the lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice enough to allow us to take a room on the first floor upon seeing all our luggage and check in a little earlier. The hotel is very basic and simple, not much to say on that, but it was clean, there was also a water fountain. There’s a lot of cafes, little restaurants and convenience store around, it’s very lively. (I forgot to take pics of the rooms but they look just like the pictures, a little smaller than I thought, though)"
