"The room facilities were quite old, and the layout was really strange – the washbasin area faced the bed with no door separating it. The toilet had a door, but it was a mirrored door, which was a bit creepy. The window was even stranger; it wouldn't stay open. As soon as I opened it, it would swing shut with the breeze. I kept opening and closing it all night, which made it hard to sleep. It got stuffy when closed, but it wouldn't stay open. On the bright side, the breakfast was pretty good value, I think it was around 80 per person. There's also a small convenience store downstairs that's open from 4 PM to midnight. The hotel's coffee shop is only open in the mornings. There's a horse stable next to the hotel where you can see horses, but it smells quite bad. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, and there are plenty of small restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries around the hotel. Overall, it's quite convenient."

"I love this location and this hotel is near to scenic spot , if you guys seen k drama this location looks like this .. but we don’t get food near buy nevertheless we walk in night and there are many restaurants for dinner and receptionist can speak English and they are helpful and they help to book taxi .. "Parking is limited and a bit difficult to maneuver. The front desk staff were quite helpful. The hotel had a pleasant, welcoming scent upon entry, which was nice. There's no water dispenser, but two bottles of water are provided. The shower stall doesn't have a door, so be careful of water leaking out (you might need to lay down a towel). The bed is on the firmer side, and there's a mattress protector under the sheets, which was a bit uncomfortable. There was also a small leak from the ceiling near the Tiandi Yuan area."

"I stayed in two different room types over two nights, and I'd recommend the deluxe room as the facilities are more updated with a sea view. There aren't many dining options nearby, but you can head to the Seongsan Ilchulbong area. This place is more suitable for travelers with their own car."

"First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side."

"Even though the facilities are a bit old-fashioned, the entire hotel and the room itself were spotless! The room had heated floors, which was so comfortable, and a small balcony where you could watch the sea and the sunset. They also offer flat parking spaces, which is super convenient! Both check-in and check-out were incredibly fast 😆. The owner writes your reservation name on a sticky note and attaches it to the key, so you just find your name and you're good to go to your room! The only downsides: the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the hot water temperature was hard to control (it got too hot towards the end of the shower). Overall: For this price, with this environment and service, I think it offers great value for money!"

"Great stay at Best Jeju Seongsan. The location is very convenient, close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting Jeju."

"The room size is perfect for solo travellers! What I really like is that it is conveniently located near Seongsan Ilchulbong within a 10 minutes walking distance. It is also close to Seopjikoji too :) Have many good eateries and convenient stores around so you don't have to worry about food. The room seemed a little old where you can see the painting and some of the furniture chipping off. The walls are quite thin so sometimes it can be quite noisy if there are new guests moving in. Overally still a good stay!"

"I wanted to give this hotel the highest rating, but was disappointed by the staff. We booked it for one night. In the morning we went for a walk and when we arrived at 10:45 am to pick up our order things, we discovered a cleaning service lady preparing a room for other guests without our permission. So, she just opened our room while we were away and started cleaning the room, changing towels, organizing by the bathroom. It was not even a check out time yet! Message for the hotel: Come on, the check out is at 11am, the check in is at 14:00, you have three hour to prepare a room, just wait for your guests to leave! Very disappointing"

"Spacious room and clean overall. Good location with a convenient store downstairs and many restaurants within walking distance. Nice balcony with excellent seaside and sunset view. However, there were no bath towels provided, and we needed to use the small hand towels (a bit yellowish) for showers."
