"I visited with a group of three, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The location is right in front of the airport terminal, which gave us immense peace of mind despite arriving late. Security is excellent—late at night, even the common areas require a key card for access, which made us feel completely safe. We were also genuinely touched by the thoughtful seasonal welcome gift. The amenities were incredibly well-designed. The hair dryer was powerful and convenient to use, with a temperature control button on top. After exploring during the day, we relaxed in the common area with some iced tea in the evening. I especially appreciated that the ice was pre-portioned into individual cups, which felt very hygienic. Since we arrived on a rainy day, having a clothes Styler to refresh my dress was an absolute lifesaver. The neighborhood is packed with fun local dining spots to choose from. I even tried Sundaeguk (Korean blood sausage soup) for the first time at Park Seobang Restaurant! On checkout day, we had some time before our flight, and the hotel's daytime luggage storage made everything so easy. As for the room, the bedding was light and incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was initially a bit hesitant about the bunk beds, but they weren't uncomfortable at all and actually gave off a nostalgic, cozy childhood vibe. What really stood out was that the space didn't have that typical ”accommodation smell”; instead, it was filled with Near Blue’s pleasant signature scent, leaving us in a great mood until the very end. Between the wonderful stay and the sweet goodbye gift, I will remember this place for a long time. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!"

"The location is good. Just five minutes walking to the nearest metro station. Also, it’s very convenient. Below the hotel there’s a convenient shop and a McDonald (06:00-00:00). If you want to go shopping, Hyundai department store and the COEX mall is just across the road.  The service is alright. My adaptor isn’t working, the reception lent me one for free.  There isn’t much facility in the hotel. No gym room no swimming pool. Just a place to stay overnight. The room is small too. I’m staying in a single room. But good enough to get a good sleep. The shower is amazing. The window view is poor. You can’t see the sky."

"3min to Exit 3 of Seolleung station, and airport bus 6703 is a 5min stroll away (at L7 hotel). Love the connectivity to the subway, and the neighbourhood has a lot of food options to offer. Emart hypermarket is an only 2 bus stops away. Toilet sometimes has a musty smell, and some of the shower towels look overused. But i appreciate the good housekeeping. Gym is small but well stocked. Only issue - I asked for a late check out of 30min and was rejected initially, i think there can be some flexibility there (i don’t think my request was unreasonable)."

"Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, so I got a good night's sleep. The bathroom was odor-free, the hot water was consistent, and all the basic amenities were provided. All in all, it offers good value for money, and I'd consider staying here again if I'm in the area."

"My stay at the Shilla Stay Samsung COEX Center was excellent from start to finish. The location is perfect, especially for business trips and shopping, with easy access to COEX Mall, restaurants, cafés, and the subway. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with great city views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Check-in was smooth, and everyone was always helpful and welcoming. The breakfast selection was also very good, with a nice mix of Korean and international options. The hotel offers great value for money considering the quality, cleanliness, and prime location in Gangnam. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul for business or leisure."

"I didn't get a suite on my last business trip, so I made sure to book one this time. It's close to COEX, clean, and offers great value for money. The staff are always kind, which I really appreciate. The only real downside is that the room entrance is a curtain, so there's no lock, which makes me a bit worried about theft/loss. It would be perfect if there was a simple door and a lock! ㅜㅜ"

"This morning, something unexpected happened in our room. My child fainted and started convulsing. Being in a foreign country, I was desperate. I called the front desk for help, but the person on the other end only spoke Korean, making communication impossible. So I rushed downstairs to the front desk, genuinely hoping for assistance. I asked if a staff member could come up with me to see what was happening, as I couldn't fully explain the situation. The front desk staff responded, 'That's not our concern. We can only call an ambulance. We won't go upstairs' (they repeated this at least 6 times!). After getting nowhere, I had no choice but to go back up, feeling utterly defeated. Thankfully, by the time I got back to the room, my child was breathing on their own and slowly regaining consciousness. It was a true miracle! I've truly seen indifference firsthand! I understand every place has its rules, but despite my repeated pleas for help in a foreign country, I didn't get an ounce of human kindness. It felt like even if someone died, they wouldn't go upstairs! Someone might ask, 'Why didn't you call the police? Why didn't you make another call? What about your own judgment?' Honestly, my mind was solely focused on getting help from the hotel front desk... I never expected to be turned away like that. I guess I was expecting too much; there isn't as much human empathy as I thought."

"I don't understand Korean hotel policies, is it normal to have to pay for early check-in? I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, and I was incredibly tired from not sleeping well the night before. I explained that I just wanted to check in early to get some rest, and my communication was polite and friendly. Despite there clearly being available rooms, the front desk wouldn't allow it and said I'd have to pay 44,000 KRW if I wanted to check in early. Because I was so exhausted, I didn't argue and quickly paid to check in. They ended up giving me a room at the end of the 3rd floor. I assume most regular guests are assigned rooms on higher floors. The hotel's location is decent, and it's quite clean, making it convenient for getting around. I don't understand why a hotel that's clearly popular with Chinese tourists would intentionally make them feel unwelcome with their service. Would it really hurt them to be a little more accommodating?"

"This is the best capsule hotel I've stayed at in Korea so far. It's right in the heart of Gangnam, just a five-minute walk to both bus stops and subway stations. Next door is a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Joseon Royal Tombs, with a perfect running path circling the tombs. The hotel design is modern and zen, the common areas are comfortable and relaxing, and the room size is just right. I booked a VIP room which had a desk and space for large luggage. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. The magazine selection in the public area showed great taste, and it's only a ten-minute walk to COEX."
