Good location. Just a five minute walk from Itaewon station. Lots of eateries around. The hotel is situated on a hill so pushing your luggage up can be tiring. Room is small and there is not much space for a large luggage. Bathroom does not have separate wet and dry areas so after a shower the room will be wet. Fortunately it dries up very quickly and so was not an issue for us. We were disappointed with housekeeping as our room was not cleaned daily even though we requested for it. We even had to request for an additional towel daily as only one was given for a 2 person room. Breakfast is good with varieties.

”Cozy” is a very appropriate name for this motel! The room was small, but I don't mind that because it makes the air conditioner more effective, and I was really only in there to sleep or shower. The location is incredible, quick access to subway line 4 and you could easily walk ~1 mile to Seoul Station if you so choose. Plenty of food options within just a couple of blocks. The room was clean and the bathroom fixtures seemed quite new. Air conditioner was strong. I have no complaints at all, very cozy. I will likely go back the next time I need to stay overnight in Seoul. This place is something of a hidden gem. $7 cab ride to the footpath leading up to the top of Namsan Mountain, too. This location really can't be beat, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

Good value for money and clean.

The room was a bit small but quite comfortable, and it wasn't noisy despite being close to the road. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, and there's a big hill... but for this price in this area, it's acceptable. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is very convenient for friends traveling together. I just wish there was a convenience store downstairs, as they are all quite far away.

My stay at Cube Guest House was nothing short of extraordinary, it truly felt like a home away from home in every sense. The atmosphere of the guest house itself is perfect, comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel completely at ease. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and organized with great attention to detail. It created such a relaxing environment that it was easy to unwind after a full day exploring the city. The location is absolutely ideal. Situated in Itaewon, you’re surrounded by an incredible variety of restaurants, cafés, shops, and convenience stores. There’s always something to do, see, or try just steps away. At the same time, the guest house is tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful and quiet retreat when you need rest. It’s the perfect balance. What really stands out is how seamless and enjoyable the entire stay felt. Every small detail was taken care of, every interaction was pleasant, and everything worked exactly as it should. It’s the kind of place where you don’t have to think about anything, you can just enjoy your time. This wasn’t just a good stay, it was genuinely special. If I could rate it 1000/10, I would without hesitation. I would come back here again and again and again, and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and an exceptional experience in Seoul while on a budget. Cube Guest House is not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes you feel at home, even when you’re far away. I can’t wait to return.

Wonderful motel near 3 metro stations. We spent here a great week. As many reviews said, it's host is a helpful and kind woman. She let us wash all our clothes in her washing machine and a dryer twice. She treated us with fruits and gave juice cans. She even got up at 4:30 AM to say good bye! The room is small, but cozy and clean, with a fridge and a warm sheet on a bad, the bathroom is clean too. A microwave and a cooler are in the hall. We like this place and thank the amazing host!

I was a tad surprised 😯 when I saw my room. Room 508 was super minimalist - everything was function able. The loo was next to the shower. It was kinda tricky getting the right temperature for a shower. There's a fridge. Bedsheets are clean and bright. There was no funky or musty smells. Laundry is available free on level 3 and 4. Detergent can be bought for 1000 krw on the 2nd level - just make sure to adjust the dryer temperature to 50-70 degrees celsius. I especially like the Mei Tofu eatery below Ziyolk - the owner is Korean Chinese - lunch and dinner are sumptuous for around 11k to 18k krw. Just avoid peak periods around 11.30am onwards and 6.30pm if you're shy, introverted and dislike noise. All in all it's a stupendous deal to stay for cheap in a tiny room.

The accommodation is super affordable and the location is convenient. The staff were very kind and gentle, which I truly appreciated. However, I felt uncomfortable with the hygiene. There were quite a few mosquitoes and insects inside (I killed at least five mosquitoes), which made it hard to relax. In addition, the bed sheets and towels seemed to be washed and dried in-house, as some stains remained. Overall, the cleanliness was not comfortable for me.

Location is one of the best consider the price which is very affordable. I stay for 5nights however as they do not have many rooms, I think just 1-3 rooms per room types, they tend to sold out quite fast, which for my case, I have to change room type 3 times for the 5 nights stay. Some room is very small, which is expected for the price and the location. Plus point is that, a huge window to look outside. Room heating is also good during winter time, also room is clean and tidy. Only negative is that as I have to check out at 12pm and re check in again at 3pm if u have different room type, and staff may have different instructions on where to store your luggage. However they will bring it luggage to the room once it’s available which is good. Overall, for that pricing, no complaints.

Location: The location is very convenient, with direct subway access to Gimpo Airport and KSPO. Namsan Tower is also right nearby. Hygiene: Overall, it was very good. The hotel interior was also clean. Usage: Every time I wanted to use the elevator, I had to scan a new QR code that popped up to get it to work. Since I used it frequently, I found it a bit cumbersome, but it definitely makes it much more secure. Facilities: I booked a bunk bed and I was on the top bunk. At first, climbing up hurt my feet, and then I realized the ladder was rusty and broken. However, since I was only there to sleep at night and was out all day, I didn't bother changing rooms. So, you might want to take some time to inspect it. The second picture might show it more clearly.
