The hotel is perfect — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are great and very helpful, and the amenities provided are excellent. The location is ideal, with convenience stores (konbini) just a short walk away, making everything easy and accessible. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money, though it's a bit far from the subway station. However, taking a bus is actually quite convenient. Also, the South Asian convenience store clerk at the nearby Lawson has a really poor attitude; I've seen a lot of bad reviews for them on Google Maps. The room was quite spacious, not like the typical Toyoko Inn size, and the amenities were good, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom.

Location is FANTASTIC. Right next to the train station exit— 1min walk) It is a great location for family with kids. The park nearby is the best. Fantastic lake, boat rowing, big playground, coffee shop, restaurant….. The hotel room is small but clean. We have everything we need in the room. The TV has the YouTube options. So, it is a big plus for my kid. We also love the yummy breakfast the hotel provided. Friendly staff members.

I stayed here for two nights right after landing in Fukuoka, and even as a solo traveler, the room felt incredibly cramped. I quickly switched hotels on the third day. The room was tiny and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a guesthouse from the last century. You basically stepped out of the door and were immediately at the bed. My suitcase could only perch precariously on a folding luggage rack. The cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom seemed quite clean and looked like it had been thoroughly scrubbed, but the room walls were very dirty with black marks. It wasn't until I opened my suitcase and its wheels rubbed against the wall that I realized where those black marks came from. Even though it was a non-smoking floor, the air in the room wasn't great. After just one night, my tonsils became inflamed. Those with sensitivities should definitely avoid this place. Toiletries and bathrobes were self-service in the lobby downstairs. The small packets of toner and lotion were surprisingly good, and the compressed exfoliating mitt was also quite useful. Drinking water wasn't provided, but there was a self-service laundry room. The hotel's location is pretty good, though. Le Labo is directly across the street, and there are many trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Tenjin shopping district is also within walking distance. It was quite cheap when I booked it, so I won't complain too much. It's suitable for backpackers.

The room was generally clean and tidy, with a normal size for this type of hotel and a practical layout. The bedding was comfortable, leading to good sleep quality, and the soundproofing was decent, so I wasn't disturbed much at night. All the in-room facilities, including the air conditioning, hot water, water pressure, and Wi-Fi, worked perfectly fine for daily use. The bathroom was very clean, and the wet/dry separation design was convenient. The only minor drawback was that some of the facilities seemed a bit dated (or: the room lighting was a bit dim / there weren't enough power outlets, depending on the actual situation), but this didn't significantly impact the overall stay. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short stays or business trips.

This accommodation offers incredible value for money! It's an older Japanese-style hotel. First, let's talk about the room. The price is very affordable compared to hotels in Tenjin and Hakata, and the room size is quite large for Japan. The tatami mat area can sleep two people, and there's also a double bed, so it's more than enough space for three guests. You can spread out your belongings on the tatami. There are extra linens in the cupboard. Next, for transportation, you get off at Ohori Park Station on the K Airport Line. It's an easy five to six-minute walk. We bought a one-day subway pass, and it paid for itself with just two rides a day. Living next to the park means the environment is excellent – quiet and natural. We could stroll through Maizuru Park and Ohori Park anytime, enjoying the ginkgo and maple leaves daily. Every day, the walk to the subway station offered the most natural and beautiful scenery. Finally, let's discuss the food. This place includes breakfast, and the rice balls 🍙 are delicious, wrapped in huge bamboo shoot husks. Coffee is free 🆓 during breakfast and check-in times, with various coffee drinks available, making you feel right at home. Everything was great. It's perfect for budget-conscious travelers. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is a bit lacking.

I had a great experience staying here before, so I booked this for the Zepp concert! The room was large, the AC worked well, the bathroom was spacious, and the window was large, which was really nice. The fridge in my room wasn't working properly, so my drink was lukewarm, so I went to the lounge to get some ice, but they said I couldn't bring it back to my room. 😭 There was a notice, but I didn't see it, so I apologized. I explained to them that the fridge wasn't working, and they changed my room! Thankfully, the fridge in my replacement room cooled down quickly, so it was very useful. I always come here for dome concerts, so I'll definitely book again.👍

An excellent stay! Wellcabin Tenjin is perfectly located—walking distance to Canal City and Nishitetsu Fukuoka Station, and an easy subway ride from the airport. I chose a private cabin for extra space and found it very comfortable; the mattress was great and the room was spotless. The facilities are top-notch: clean bathrooms with great water pressure and a cozy common area on Level 3 with a microwave/hot water. The staff were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for comfort on a budget. I’ll definitely be back!

The location was absolutely fantastic! However, the room was a bit small, and I had some trouble getting the heater to work initially. It was also a bit frustrating when I needed assistance but couldn't find anyone at the front desk in the lobby. Also, while they do offer luggage storage, the key system is one of those string-attached types, which means you can only store items that can be locked with that specific key, like suitcases, not open bags. Despite a few minor issues, considering the great location and price, I still think it was a good value. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

Overall, it was a great stay for a solo traveler. The bed was spacious and the location was good, with a convenience store and subway right in front. However, when I first filled the bathtub with water after arriving, a blackish substance like grime floated in the tub... I was shocked. I cleaned it again with the brush provided in the room. The staff were friendly, but the facilities were lacking. First of all, I was surprised that there was no comb or toothbrush set in the room. If you plan to stay, be sure to bring your own.
