Great value for money, though it's a bit far from the subway station. However, taking a bus is actually quite convenient. Also, the South Asian convenience store clerk at the nearby Lawson has a really poor attitude; I've seen a lot of bad reviews for them on Google Maps. The room was quite spacious, not like the typical Toyoko Inn size, and the amenities were good, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom.

I stayed here for two nights right after landing in Fukuoka, and even as a solo traveler, the room felt incredibly cramped. I quickly switched hotels on the third day. The room was tiny and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of a guesthouse from the last century. You basically stepped out of the door and were immediately at the bed. My suitcase could only perch precariously on a folding luggage rack. The cleanliness was mediocre. The bathroom seemed quite clean and looked like it had been thoroughly scrubbed, but the room walls were very dirty with black marks. It wasn't until I opened my suitcase and its wheels rubbed against the wall that I realized where those black marks came from. Even though it was a non-smoking floor, the air in the room wasn't great. After just one night, my tonsils became inflamed. Those with sensitivities should definitely avoid this place. Toiletries and bathrobes were self-service in the lobby downstairs. The small packets of toner and lotion were surprisingly good, and the compressed exfoliating mitt was also quite useful. Drinking water wasn't provided, but there was a self-service laundry room. The hotel's location is pretty good, though. Le Labo is directly across the street, and there are many trendy shops and restaurants nearby. Tenjin shopping district is also within walking distance. It was quite cheap when I booked it, so I won't complain too much. It's suitable for backpackers.

The guy at the front desk, who seemed to be Indian or Nepalese, let us check in over an hour early, which was great. Laundry and dryers are on the 10th floor, and it seems like the front desk, toiletries, pajamas, and coffee are all up there too. It's a bit inconvenient that there's no free luggage storage; they have lockers on the 1st floor that cost 500 JPY. For checkout, you just drop your room card into a box in the elevator. To get here, you transfer one or two stops from Nakasu-Kawabata to Gofukumachi Station, then it's about a 10-minute walk. There's a convenience store nearby.

If you're traveling solo and want to stay in Tenjin, this is a great location and price. The room condition is perfect for a solo stay, and there's a convenience store, 3Sarang Mart, and a department store nearby, making it conveniently located. I highly recommend it.

The overall experience is wonderful, they provide careful service and the location of the hotel is really convenient. However, the public bath area is relatively small comparing to my expectations, so sometimes it was not that chill when sharing 5+ people in that area. Breakfast is great, but if you stay for couple nights, then I suggest just booking two of the sections is enough.

The hotel is still very good. The biggest advantage is that Li Tenjin subway station is close, shopping on the crazy street is too convenient, eating is also convenient, surrounded by Zhongzhou, Hakata, Tenjin, there are many delicious places. Less than 1km from Don Quixote. 30 minutes to Hakata subway station

The room was generally clean and tidy, with a normal size for this type of hotel and a practical layout. The bedding was comfortable, leading to good sleep quality, and the soundproofing was decent, so I wasn't disturbed much at night. All the in-room facilities, including the air conditioning, hot water, water pressure, and Wi-Fi, worked perfectly fine for daily use. The bathroom was very clean, and the wet/dry separation design was convenient. The only minor drawback was that some of the facilities seemed a bit dated (or: the room lighting was a bit dim / there weren't enough power outlets, depending on the actual situation), but this didn't significantly impact the overall stay. Overall, it offers good value for money and is suitable for short stays or business trips.

The room was a bit old, but the facilities were great and well-equipped. The fridge was new and had a freezer compartment. It was just right for one person. The lobby offered free water and coffee. It's about a five-minute walk to the subway, but the central location makes it convenient to go anywhere. Plus, the famous Fullfull bakery is right downstairs.

This is an AirBnB accommodation. Self check in and check out. Dont worry, It is very simple. Just remember to pre-check in and it will be smooth when u actually check in. Very spacious room or I should call it a studio apartment. With a double bed and a sofa bed. If u can't stand your wife snoring at night, sleep separately on the sofa bed. There is kitchen equipment and utensils so u can cook and eat in after u are bored with eating out. Perfect for me after a week of outside food. U can easily buy ingredients ftom nearby supermarket MaxValue. Fresh seafood and nice beef are available. A washing machine and detergent are also provided. Dryer in the bathroom.. Super convenient. Fully recommending this accommodation. Super value also!

The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It's also very quiet at night. The service is great, I highly recommend staying here. There's a fantastic revolving sushi restaurant on the front street with very fresh ingredients. Many locals dine there.
