"The hotel's location is a bit far from JR Nippori Station, but it's very close to the private subway's Sendagi Station. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, overall, it's very clean. As for service, if you arrive early for check-in, you can store your luggage. However, after check-out, they don't offer luggage storage because the hotel is too old (which is very strange)."

"This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Nishi-Nippori Station and Nippori Station, making it extremely easy to travel to and from Narita International Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There was enough space to fully open luggage, which I really appreciated — especially when traveling with bigger bags. I was genuinely impressed with this stay. Since the hotel is near the train lines, you can hear the sound of trains passing by. However, it becomes much quieter late at night and didn’t disturb sleep too much. Another plus is that there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so it’s easy to find something to eat at any time."

"The location is great, very close to Nippori Station on the JR Yamanote Line, and the Sky Liner goes directly there. The hotel is near a fabric market, and Yanaka Ginza is also within walking distance. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and plenty of places to eat. It's not a densely populated area. The hotel has a dedicated smoking area (which is excellent!). The room was basically noise-free and well-equipped. It's suitable for couples, but a bit luxurious for solo backpackers – perfectly fine if you have the budget! The hotel room pictures on the app are quite accurate."

"The hotel is located next to TABATA station which is very convenient for travelling around Tokyo. There is some restaurants, a small mall with a small supermarket where you can get your needy conveniently. However the check in is quite challenging for non Japanese because it is fully automated without a single staff to provide any assistance when needed. However, the room is very clean and neat which provides us a good experience."

"The room has a woody scent. You also have to use the shared restrooms and showers on each floor. Other than that, it's not bad considering the value for money. It was fine for the three of us, but if there are four of you in a Japanese-style room, your luggage will be a burden. I won't forget the tree scent, definitely take it with you if you can't live without it."

"Honestly, this hotel far exceeded my expectations. With three beds, each of our family of three had our own space, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of walking around. The room itself was quite spacious, which made the bathroom feel a little cramped by comparison. The view from the window was really open and the night view was great too. Breakfast was just okay, but everyone's attitude was excellent! Plus, it's only a three-minute walk from Nippori Station, with tons of restaurants and convenience stores. If you're looking for nightlife, there are plenty of options too, haha~ (The soundproofing isn't the best, so hopefully, you won't encounter any noisy groups partying late into the night.)"

"The room was spacious enough to fully open my suitcase. However, the hotel had some plumbing work done during my last two days, which meant the shower water was freezing cold. Since I got back to the hotel quite late, I didn't bother the staff about it. Ended up catching a cold after returning home, haha. Also, the hotel is surrounded by love hotels..."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. A nice bonus was the complimentary drinks available for guests. The location is very convenient: there's a FamilyMart right across the street, Akihabara Station is only about a 6-minute walk away, and Akihabara Electric Town is within easy walking distance. The room was quite small, which is common in Tokyo, but it was cozy, well-organized, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a great choice for exploring Tokyo, and I would happily stay here again."
