This hotel offers great value for solo travelers. The single room I stayed in was quite spacious, and the facilities were well-arranged and practical. They even provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water. The breakfast is a definite highlight – it's incredibly delicious with a wide variety of options. This is my second time staying here, primarily because of how much I love their breakfast! The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. Its proximity to Sapporo Station is a huge plus, making it super convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping.

About 7 minutes on foot from Odori Station. Located facing Odori Park, it is ideal for both sightseeing and business. The hotel is adjacent to "Odori Park," the venue for Sapporo's famous "Snow Festival," and provides excellent services for a comfortable stay.

Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. It's right next to Odori Park and very close to Tanukikoji. The beds are surprisingly large for Japan; two single beds pushed together can easily accommodate a family of three. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk from the subway station. However, there's an airport shuttle bus stop just two blocks from the hotel, about a 5-minute walk, and it's cheaper than taking the subway.

The location is pretty good. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station North Exit, crossing two intersections. The Aspen of the same brand is a bit closer. However, it's very close to Hokkaido University, about a 7-8 minute walk. We booked a deluxe twin room, and the 25 sqm space was excellent for two adults and one child – not at all cramped. Breakfast ends a bit early at 9:30 AM; when we went at 9 AM, the sashimi was already gone. Out of three breakfasts, we only got sweet shrimp once, which was a bit frustrating. The hotel is clean, and housekeeping was very prompt. The front desk can store luggage, and the service overall was good.

The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just one block past Daimaru department store, and about a 5-minute walk to the JR station. There's a convenience store downstairs, and a whole building full of restaurants right across the street. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit old, especially the bathroom mirror which is a bit worn out, and the lighting is quite dim. There's also no separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, but for this price, you really can't complain. The room is quite small though; you won't be able to fully open a 28-inch suitcase. Oh, and the hotel WiFi is practically useless. The breakfast is pretty basic – just milk, bread, and pudding – but since it's free, it's a nice bonus.

Easy check in and check out, the size of the room is kinda small for the three of us but still very bearable, we need to open our luggage one by one, the bed is sooo good, i sleep easily every single day, we choose the economical package so they don't clean our room every single day but they will change towel and clean the trash if we put it outside the room the next day, the location is excellent is really near nijo market and near sapporo tv tower, also tanukikoji street Overall we are so satisfied Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment of it

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林).When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service. We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. With this in mind, we wanted to gently share both our concern and our gratitude, and we would appreciate a brief reply so we can feel more at ease for the rest of our stay. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message. We wish your team a pleasant and successful day. Best regards, Mandy

Traveling with friends, we booked rooms on the same floor. On the first floor, right by the elevator, there's a convenient selection of toiletries available, including toothbrushes, bath products, and men's razors. The hotel is super easy to get to, just across the street from JR Station. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and two Lawson convenience stores across the street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can even get to Daimaru Department Store via the JR Station, and from the other side of Daimaru, there's an underground passage that leads to places like Tanukikoji. It's a bit of a walk to either end, but the best part is how close it is to the JR Station when you're heading home! Despite being so close to the JR Station, the soundproofing in the rooms is actually really good.

*Review: MyStay Sapporo Aspen* Stayed at MyStay Sapporo Aspen for a group trip with 10 adults, and it was a solid base for exploring Sapporo. *Location is perfect* It’s only a 5-minute walk to Sapporo Station, which made everything easy. We could walk to Susukino for dinner, catch the airport train without rushing, and it’s also a short walk to malls and shopping streets. For a group, being central like this saves a lot of time and taxi costs. *Room setup and space* We booked 5 rooms – mix of standard double rooms and standard twin rooms. Heads up: the standard double room is on the smaller side, fine for 1-2 people but tight with luggage. The twin room is noticeably larger than the double, so if you have the option, go for twin. Beds were comfortable and clean in both room types. *Amenities* One thing I liked was the amenity bar on the ground floor. You can pick up toothbrushes, hair ties, razors, sleep masks, and other toiletries for free. Good range, and it’s convenient if you forgot something or don’t want to pack bulky bottles. Rooms also had everything basic you’d expect – kettle, fridge, wifi worked fine. *Food and shopping nearby* There are tons of food options within a few minutes walk. Ramen, izakaya, convenience stores, and cafes everywhere. Plus you’re right next to the mall and shopping areas, so it’s easy to grab last-minute omiyage or do some shopping after dinner. *Overall* Great location, practical amenities, and convenient for groups. Just book twin rooms if space matters to you. For the price and location near Sapporo Station, it’s good value for a city stay.

The hotel is located not far from the station, about a 5 to 8-minute walk. The twin room isn't too cramped and is quite comfortable for sleeping. However, they only provide one pillow per person, and it’s a bit on the flat side. Since I visited during winter, the air conditioning functioned as a heater, which made the room feel a bit too warm, but luckily the windows can be opened for some fresh air. Key Policies & Facilities • Housekeeping: The hotel has a policy of not cleaning the room unless you stay for at least 3 days. • Towels: You can hang your used towels outside the door every day to exchange them for fresh ones. • Laundry: There are coin-operated washing machines available, though there are only two machines in total. • Dining: There is an affordable Izakaya restaurant located right under the hotel. Location & Verdict Overall, the location is very convenient. It’s close to all of Sapporo’s main attractions, and you can easily walk to the Susukino area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

RRukawa1111The 39 sqm room with two queen-sized beds was perfect for our family of three. The facilities felt high-quality, but it's a shame the minibar was so small and there were no complimentary or even paid drinks in the fridge. The breakfast buffet restaurant was beautiful, and over our two-day stay, some main dishes were rotated. They even had soup curry and gluten-free bread, which was a first for me and a very thoughtful touch. Fresh mozzarella and homemade herb butter were also available. However, it was surprising that the restaurant didn't serve lunch or dinner; only the ground-floor lounge offered some simple meals. The hotel's facilities were also a bit limited, with no pool, hot spring, spa, or business center, just a small gym on the ground floor. Most of the guests seemed to be Westerners, suggesting it's primarily a leisure-focused resort.

DDangyidihaishuijuedingquThis hotel was so good that now, as I'm blow-drying my hair halfway through in a hotel in Osaka and feeling miserable, I suddenly remembered I hadn't left a review for the Sapporo hotel yet. First, the location. It's really close to Sapporo Station, so dragging luggage across the ice wasn't too much of a hassle. It's convenient for getting everywhere. Hokkaido University is just a 5-minute walk, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is about fifteen minutes away. There's also Suwa Shrine, famous for its beautiful charms. It made me feel like I was living there. Check-in was smooth. I just showed my passport at the front desk, and it was done quickly. The person who helped me then was a short-haired girl (I forget if she had bangs, but I think so) wearing glasses and speaking Chinese. She was patient and gentle, explaining all the hotel services in detail, like where the public bath was, how to connect to the room's Wi-Fi, etc. Very thoughtful and thorough. Speaking of the room, it was a bit bigger than the triple rooms I've stayed in in Tokyo and Osaka. It was clean, pretty, and most importantly, bright. The TV could cast to devices, and it was easy to use. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with 24-hour ventilation, so it was never damp. The bathtub was large and clean, and I soaked in it for two days straight. Writing this makes me even sadder because I'm currently standing with wet hair in the cramped bathroom of my Osaka hotel. I'll be leaving Japan in a few days. Sigh, I really miss Hokkaido. It probably would have been better if I had made Hokkaido the last stop of my Japan trip. Actually, during my days in Hokkaido, I had many regrets. For example, my planned afternoon trip to Tengu Mountain was canceled due to strong winds and cable car suspension. Another time, I went out early, but the blue sky was mostly covered by dark clouds, with only occasional glimpses of sun. And then there were the cold, strong winds. Several times, walking down the street, the wind was so strong I had to duck behind a building while waiting for the traffic light, just to steal a few seconds of warmth. There were also countless moments when I almost slipped. Now, thinking back, I actually feel nostalgic for them. When will I experience those moments again? I can only wish that every winter in my future life includes a few days in Hokkaido. On the day I went to Otaru, the temperature was -0.6 degrees Celsius, so cold! Along the canal, everyone was like they were ice skating. I was wearing snow boots I bought for 127 yuan in Tanukikoji, carefully stepping in the footprints of the person in front of me. The sky was so blue, the water so clear, and the houses on the distant mountains looked like a tiny world. I wondered what kind of life the people living there led. Every step offered a picturesque view. The path along the canal was neither long nor short. Actually, even if I had slipped, it wouldn't have mattered. If it made my impression of Hokkaido more vivid, something I'd remember decades later, or when I'm old, then it would be worth it. The day before I left, I went to Hokkaido Shrine and Maruyama Park. The vast white landscape was so clean, and the bare trees made the snowy scenery even more beautiful. A small stream flowed through the park. Closing my eyes, I could imagine it as a waterfall, its sleep-inducing sound not knowing where it led. Landing in Osaka, the rain was heavy, and I didn't have an umbrella. I got drenched walking across the streets to the hotel. Everything felt so different. It made me think of the tree downstairs at *that* hotel. Day in and day out, it was always there, watching travelers from different countries come and go like Hokkaido's snow, accumulating and melting. Watching them open Google Maps every morning to check their route and return at night with bags of convenience store goodies. A happy tree, witnessing so many happy journeys in Hokkaido that began from that hotel. It's 1:45 AM Japan time now. My hair is almost dry. I'm not very sleepy, but I have to go to bed. Tomorrow I'm off to Kyoto. Usually, I think a lot at night or get anxious about various things, but during my days in Hokkaido, I felt surprisingly good. Even with unfinished plans, my mood wasn't dampened. Perhaps that's what a truly good trip is, haha, a journey for the soul? Anyway, I highly recommend this hotel!

There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. GGuest UserThis onsen hotel is definitely worth the price. The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the room layout is fantastic. The yukata was the most comfortable I wore during my Hokkaido trip. The service was absolutely superb, especially the proprietress at the Kaiseki restaurant, Shoan. She was incredibly elegant and generous, giving us an authentic and meticulous Japanese service experience. The private onsen with a fee had average views. The outdoor public onsen was closed on the day of my stay due to cold weather. The indoor onsen, for a hotel of this price point, was quite ordinary. Therefore, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the onsen experience. All in all, while it might not be exceptionally surprising, this is a hotel that's well worth its price.

Ttour.worldIf you enjoy having plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby every day, this hotel is a great choice. It was just renovated last October, so it's very new, the AC is quiet, and the air quality is good. If you stay on the 10th floor, the view is also quite nice, offering a distant glimpse of the ski slopes on the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast buffet dining area is pleasant, and the menu changes slightly every day. Overall, you can get a good, satisfying meal to fuel your morning shopping and sightseeing. In the evening, you can head to the 10th-floor gym for a workout, then relax at the public bath and spa on the 9th floor. There's an Aeon convenience store on the left side of the new building's first floor, which is very handy for buying food and drinks. If you're heading back to New Chitose Airport, you can take a bus from the nearby Chuo Bus stop, and you can pay the fare directly with a credit card that has PayWave. Overall, this hotel is excellent.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic! The building really stands out, and there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, plus it's super convenient for transport. However, the room itself was a big disappointment. First, the window offered absolutely no view and couldn't even be opened – it felt like I'd booked a windowless room. Second, there were several hairs on the toilet seat, actually stuck in the middle. I was so exhausted after a long day of travel that I didn't even think to take pictures as evidence.
