"Great location, everything's within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They gave us a map with detailed directions to Hiroshima Airport, which was way more helpful than Google! You can get a great view of Hiroshima from the hotel's 25th floor, and they offer complimentary coffee and drinks after 10 PM, with different snacks and puddings depending on the time of day. Our room had a window with a city view, and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, though there was a slight odor from the toilet, which was fine once the lid was down. Overall, very satisfied."

"It is one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan within the similar price range and same facilities (without onsen/public bath). The room is spacious and there is a sky lounge and complimentary drinks for guests to enjoy every night. The staff also speak English which is a bonus for English speaking guests. The location is convenient and you can see the a bomb site from far from the hotel and walk to the shopping street."

"I completely love this hotel and definitely would stay there again. The location is very convenient - three stops at the tram 2 or 6 from the station, really good for evening walk to the Dome. We also had a tram to Miyajima at the morning, leaving out luggage at the hotel, - the stop is right near the hotel, - and returned by tram as well. It was super-comfortable without dealing with additional movements to the station and lockers. Family Mart is nearby. The room is not so big, but it’s nice, comfortable, and we had a good view to the streets of Hiroshima. Complementary breakfast was also fine - tasty bread and really good coffee. We’ve enjoyed our stay. In comparison with the Nest hotel near the station I would definitely recommend this one. It’s much cleaner, quite reasonable, and more pleasant."

"Beautiful hotel with afternoon tea and snacks available daily. The location is excellent—right in the city, within walking distance to almost everything, and very close to the train station. The rooms were a bit small, but that's typical for most hotels in Japan. The place was neat, and the staff was amazing. The only downside: I was charged 10,000 yen for checking out just 30 minutes late, which has never happened to me in all my years of travel. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay."

The nearest tram stop is about a 10-minute walk, which is reasonable. However, if you're arriving late at night or returning late after sightseeing, make sure to factor in the extra time. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom has a good wet/dry separation. The hotel also offers complimentary welcome drinks at the restaurant next to the lobby from 2 PM to 11 PM, which is a nice relaxing space after a day of exploring. The breakfast is excellent, with a rotating selection of Hiroshima's local specialties every day, such as okonomiyaki, fried oysters, and beef tendon stew. The hotel has a laundry room with reasonable prices and combined washer-dryer machines, which is very convenient as you don't need to transfer clothes. If you plan to do laundry, I recommend going in the late afternoon as it gets very busy in the evenings. Overall, this is a great hotel with a very reasonable price."

"Really liked this hostel. Great location. I stayed in the room with like 50 beds but honestly you wouldn’t have thought it. The beds were so private. So clean. Space for your belongings. Nice and dark curtains. Self service laundry for a small fee. Only downside is how thin the mattresses are."
