"The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the Nihon-ōdōri subway station. You can also easily walk to Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and the Ferris wheel. The room was clean and tidy, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water."

"As always, APA hotels are very affordable and well-located. This particular APA stood out with an extremely extravagant lobby—honestly the best I’ve ever seen at any APA property. The spa facilities were also nice. However, my room wasn’t as clean as expected. I noticed stains on both the bedsheet and the curtains, which was disappointing. Also, the front desk wasn’t flexible when I requested a 2:30 PM check-in (I understand the standard time is 3 PM, but a little flexibility would have been appreciated). Overall, great public areas and value!"

"I’m a big fan of the OMO series hotels and try to stay at one whenever I visit Japan. My stay at OMO7 Yokohama by Hoshino Resorts was pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast variety. I stayed for 2 nights, and the options were basically the same each day. It would be great to see a bit more variety for guests staying multiple nights. Also, I checked in quite late at night, and the hotel entrance wasn’t very obvious. It took me some time to find it. Clearer signage would be helpful in guiding guests to the entrance."

"The staff's hospitality was excellent. Since it was our anniversary, they took photos for us, and we were even upgraded, so we had a relaxing time in a lovely room. ♪ The view from the room, the turndown service, the TWG tea, and the bath amenities were all great. However, when I woke up in the morning, I was itchy and had signs of a tick bite, so the cleanliness was a minus point. The TV was full of Japanese programs, so I wish they would introduce something like Netflix or Amazon Prime so I could relax and enjoy movies during my hotel stay. I was able to listen to music via Bluetooth, but it seemed a bit behind the times. The breakfast, which I was looking forward to, had a limited variety and was average in taste. I had high expectations because I knew the regular price in advance, but it was quite disappointing. The restaurant staff's service was cheerful and gave me a Hawaiian feel. I also had the Kahala Hotel's popular Shin Pancakes, which were delicious. The Eggs Benedict, a signature Hawaiian dish, was *perhaps overcooked*, but the yellow color solidified and wasn't thick enough, and the sauce wasn't very tasty. Overall, I felt that it was a 5-star hotel except for the customer service, with everything else at a 4-star level. Thank you for the wonderful experience."

"My flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so I decided to stay in Yokohama for a few days and stumbled upon this hotel. Finding the hotel for the first time was a bit tricky, but once I got my bearings, I realized how incredibly convenient it was. The easiest way to get there is from Yokohama Station's West Exit. Head into NeWoman, take the escalator to the 2nd floor, walk straight through NeWoman, exit, and continue along the pedestrian bridge. Take two escalators up to the 4th floor, then turn left, and you'll enter the hotel lobby. The entire path is covered, protecting you from the elements. The hotel lobby doubles as a very popular cafe, with the front desk to the left. You can self-check-in, and there are always staff members available to assist. The room was new and quite spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. My room faced west, so I had a perfect view of the beautiful sunset."

"If you're attending a concert, this is undoubtedly the best choice. It's right next to K-Arena, a mere 1-minute walk away. Anpanman Children's Museum is also very close. There's a Lawson convenience store nearby that closes at 11 PM. It's a bit of a distance to Yokohama Station, about a 15-20 minute walk, or around 1500 JPY by taxi. There's a bus to Haneda Airport right outside, but it has limited operating hours. However, since it's the first stop, you don't need to book tickets in advance; you can just buy them on the spot. The shower is in the bathtub. Breakfast was decent, nothing special."

"I first stayed for two nights, then went to Izu for two days, and came back for another three nights – I was very satisfied. The first time I checked out, the gentleman who assisted me was very kind and helped me reserve a corner room, which was great because it has large windows on two sides! The second time, a lovely lady helped me check in; she was also very gentle and spoke excellent English. The hotel is very close to Yokohama Park, Yokohama Stadium (where I even got to experience the excitement of a baseball game!), Kannai Station, and Chinatown. It's very clean, and having a Lawson convenience store downstairs made it easy to grab supplies. Extremely satisfied!"

"The hotel's beachfront location is absolutely fantastic. The view from the 12th-floor reception is stunning, and there's a quiet bar where drinks are reasonably priced at around 50 yuan per glass. Sitting there with the sea breeze is incredibly relaxing. The room decor is very new, and it even has a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom is well-designed with a wet/dry separation, and the sink, shower, and toilet are all separate. Overall, highly recommended!"
