I've stayed at this hotel countless times, and each visit has been consistently great. The rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. The hotel's exterior is also quite beautiful. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs, and the subway station is directly below the hotel, which is incredibly convenient.

The value for money is excellent. However, because I shared a room, depending on the clientele, there were good days (good sleep) and bad days (bad sleep). I stayed for 5 days and had good sleep 3 days and bad 2 days. Given the price, I can't really complain... The hotel staff were foreigners, but they responded perfectly and provided excellent service. Thank you very much.

The location is a major highlight—convenient, easy to access, and close to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it offers great comfort and value, and I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is very close to Sakuragicho Station, Yokohama Air Cabin, and Minato Mirai. The room at the end of the hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. It's also quick to get to other Kanagawa cities like Kamakura and Zushi. The hotel is fairly clean, just a bit small, but you can't expect too much from a standard business hotel. There's a 24-hour 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. If I visit again, I'd probably choose this hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, not far from Yokohama JR Station, and within easy reach of Chinatown, the harbor, Yamashita Park, Red Brick Warehouse, and the Cup Noodles Museum. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are exceptionally spacious for a hotel of this class in Japan, and the facilities are top-notch. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend. The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes. This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible.

The room facilities were standard but clean. I'm not sure if it was due to well-behaved guests or something else, but it was completely quiet in the room. For the same price, it's much larger than hotels in Tokyo, with enough space to open a 26-inch suitcase without blocking the aisle. The location is a quiet oasis in a bustling area, situated at the end of Yokohama Station's pedestrian street, which is lined with numerous restaurants, claw machine arcades, and shops, yet the hotel itself was surprisingly peaceful. Breakfast is a collaboration with the Matsuya Tonkatsu specialty restaurant downstairs, but the hotel package didn't include tonkatsu options, and the selection was a bit ordinary, though the tonkatsu rice bowl at that restaurant is quite delicious.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Kannai Station, and there's a food street with tons of restaurants just across the road. It feels quite secure too, as you need to use your key card to operate the elevators. You can grab daily necessities from a self-service dispenser, and the room rate offers great value for money. Plus, the breakfast set is very filling.

Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

I stayed here for one night during my trip to Yokohama to attend at G Dragon’s fan meeting at Pia Arena and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean, and the amenities were excellent and well maintained. The view from my room was amazing and made my stay even more special. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The staff member who assisted me spoke English well, which made everything smooth and comfortable for me as a traveler. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yokohama.
