"The location was convenient. There are two train stations a quick walk away, as well as several buses that easily take you towards the red brick warehouses and cosmoworld area. Housekeeping wasn’t provided daily, but you could pick up fresh towels, cleansers and toothbrushes downstairs for free. Staff were very polite and helpful with any concerns. The room did feel a bit cramped, the little walkway towards the bed being just wide enough to keep my suitcase. If you have a lot of luggage, keeping it in your room could feel difficult. Luggage storage was available at reception."

"The hotel's location is super convenient. You step right into the hotel entrance from the subway exit. The front desk is on the second floor, and they have Chinese-speaking staff. It's clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities. You can easily walk to Kannai Station or the Red Brick Warehouse from here. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area. Highly recommend!"

"First off, the hotel's location is superb. It's a five-minute walk from JR Kannai Station, thirty seconds from a subway station, and about eight minutes from Bashamichi Station, making it incredibly convenient whether you're exploring Yokohama or heading into Tokyo. For shopping, there are two or three convenience stores nearby, and a shopping street just across the road, so buying anything is a breeze. Car rental is also very convenient, with a Toyota Rent a Car service point within a five-minute walk, and plenty of affordable parking lots around. As for cleanliness and facilities, it's pretty standard for a business hotel. They still clean every three days, and you have to leave your trash bin outside your door before you go out, which is a minor inconvenience. The most inconvenient aspect of the service is that you have to go to the front desk to get towels and bath towels yourself, which leads to a significant difference in service quality. One older gentleman provided excellent service; he always asked how many I needed and packed the towels nicely in a bag. However, the younger staff I encountered lacked this awareness. They seemed a bit impatient with foreign guests and didn't bag the towels, making me carry them by hand. This is definitely an area that needs significant improvement."

"Excellent! This hotel is very popular, and the front desk staff are well-organized and all speak English. I had my luggage sent here from my previous hotel in advance, and everything went smoothly. The triple room was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. It's just a 5-minute walk to Queen Square and about 5 minutes to Mark Is. Across the street is an impressive art museum, and the view from the window is wide and open. This was the most satisfying hotel during my Tokyo, Izu, and Yokohama trip. Breakfast was pretty good. My favorite part was the shampoo – it left my hair incredibly soft and voluminous after washing."

"The hotel is quite new, and the room is spacious enough to open three large suitcases. It's fairly convenient, about an 8-10 minute walk to the subway station. However, if you're transferring to the Minatomirai Line at Yokohama Station, you'll have to walk quite a distance from the west to the east side. The breakfast is just average, with limited choices."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient, located right above the JR station and connected to a shopping mall with stores like Uniqlo and Muji. There's a grocery store on the basement level with super affordable sashimi and sushi. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and Yamashita Park by the sea, making for a pleasant evening stroll. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything is delicious. Each floor has an ice machine and vending machines. For a hotel in Japan at this price point, the rooms are quite spacious, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. It's super easy to get to places like Kamakura, Odawara, or even Tokyo from here, and all the main attractions in Yokohama itself are within walking distance. Compared to the InterContinental I stayed at last time I was in Yokohama, this place offers so much more value for money; the InterContinental was triple the price for one night! It's also more cost-effective than staying in Tokyo, where hotels generally offer even less value. Highly recommend!"

"This isn't a typical hotel with facilities or a lobby staff. There's just one polite Chinese-speaking lady downstairs who helps you check in and gives you the room key. She leaves later in the evening, so there's no staff assistance after that. However, the room itself was surprisingly clean, well-equipped with essential amenities, very new, and spotless. It was also quite spacious, the air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. If you're looking for a one-night stopover before heading to the airport or a nearby area, this place is great. It offers free parking and a convenient location, with a bus stop, convenience store, pharmacy, ramen shop, breakfast place, and izakaya all nearby. We even stumbled upon a fantastic izakaya run by a Hokkaido owner in the evening, serving delicious sashimi and small dishes – a pleasant surprise!"

"The hotel is located at Kannai Station, just two stops from Yokohama Station. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. You can also easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse. The only minor downsides were that the TV didn't have YouTube or Netflix, and the window wasn't as large as it appeared in the photos, which was a bit of a shame. However, the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. All the other facilities at the hotel were fantastic! 👍 I'd definitely consider staying at an OMO in a different area next time."
