"It was located in a really nice place if you like calm quiet locations (Mojiko). It’s also by the water so it’s really pretty. The only downside is it’s kinda far from all the major stuff in Fukuoka but other than that it was really nice! Good for people looking for an escape from a major city! There’s multiple convenience stores near by as well!"

"The staff were very friendly and clean. However, the wood creaked a lot every time I walked, and the doorknob lock didn't work properly, which was a problem. Instead of locking the inside of the room with a key, it would have been better if they had installed a latch or hinge, like the bathroom. It was so uncomfortable that I kept leaving it open. The soundproofing is practically nonexistent, but thankfully, the next room was quiet the first night, so I slept well. But the second night, the people next door were so noisy that even at midnight, and 1 a.m., they kept making noise. I wore noise-canceling earphones, but I couldn't sleep, and I was so upset. It's important to find a good roommate. I arrived late the first night, and they waited for me even after check-in time. Arriving at night, the dark, old wooden house was unfamiliar, so it was a bit scary. The back of the bed was also scary when I lay down... but it was fine the next morning. The shared bathroom is a bit of an inconvenience, and it's also a bit far from Kokura. Still, I recommend it for a unique experience and a retro vibe."

"This was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option."

"Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The foods were very tasty, delicious with very reasonable price. The breakfast is included but the quality is second to none, to my knowledge based on my own Japan travel experience. Thumbs up for the staff & strongly recommended for anyone visiting Mojiko to stay & enjoy."

I wasn't able to enjoy the scenery because it wasn't on the ocean side, but it was conveniently located near Karato Market and the location was great. I thought it would be helpful to have makeup remover and lotion."

"Overall very satisfied with a stay The hotel is conveniently located near the Guanmen Strait Bridge and the pedestrian tunnel. There is a 10-way terminal at the entrance of the hotel (although there are few shifts). Rich dining, dinner in addition to the banquet, there are some fruit snacks that can be buffeted, etc. The scenery is great, sitting on the balcony and watching the sea view is very good, the outlook of the big bath and the open-air view are also very good, and there have been very few people in the bath. Overall very recommended!"
