"This hotel's location is quite good. To the right, right outside the door, is Yude Subway Station. To the left, a short walk away, is a local supermarket, which seems to be where the locals shop. They have a wide variety of items and good prices. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, clean, and convenient for getting around, all at a reasonable price!"

"This was my first time choosing this place for a business trip. The location was great, not too far from the station. I picked it because I dislike the noisy and chaotic central tourist areas, and I was ultimately satisfied with my choice. It’s a good place to experience local charm, and it only takes about 15 minutes or less by subway to get to the city center, which I thought was quite reasonable. The facilities were clean and trendy, which I liked. The large communal bath, only big enough for two people, was always crowded and required a wait, but I figured it was better than not having one at all. However, regarding the cleaning service, it would have been better if they had communicated more clearly that requests needed to be made the day before. After two days, I asked for cleaning at the front desk when I was heading out, but it was refused. I think a bit more flexibility in their policy would be beneficial. Anyway, the overall facilities were decent, and I would be willing to stay here again in the future."

"The location is perfect for exploring Osaka! It's within walking distance to Tenkachaya Station, making it super convenient to get to Kansai Airport via the Nankai Electric Railway. Transfers to Namba and Universal Studios are also smooth. The room is more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, allowing you to fully open your luggage. It's clean, and the bathroom has stable water pressure. The balcony is a plus for drying clothes, and the washing machine and refrigerator are a great convenience. Self check-in was easy. There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops nearby, making daily life very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka."

"I genuinely think the Osaka Marriott is the best value-for-money Marriott I've ever stayed at, from the 6000+ won Jeju Marriott to Marriotts in China and Europe. Not only is it incredibly clean, but everything is also so user-friendly and convenient. The room cleaning was very timely, amenities were well-stocked, and it was a very comfortable stay. The Tennoji location is also excellent; you don't need to transfer trains to get anywhere. I used the Kansai Thru Pass, taking the JR Osaka Loop Line for nearby places and the Kuroshio express for further destinations like Kii-Katsuura – it was very useful. I booked a connecting room and requested a high floor, which they accommodated by giving me a room on the 52nd floor, though it faced south. Next time, it would be even better if I could get a north-facing room. Before going, I read some reviews and was concerned about a potential smell in the room. When we checked in, there was no smell at all. However, after going out one day and returning, I noticed a slight odor. I cranked the air conditioning to max and lowered the temperature, and after a while, the smell was gone. Others might want to try this if they encounter the same issue. Oh, and the breakfast is pretty good; at least they have Udon noodles and curry rice. You can also make your own dorayaki. Overall, I give it a five-star recommendation."

"I've stayed here before when visiting Osaka. The front desk service was just okay. I arrived around noon and asked if I could check in, and they said yes, but it would cost half the room rate (😂). The shower head in the hotel was incredibly comfortable, but everything else was pretty standard. Its main advantage is being right outside Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The window was tiny, though; the photo I took was with a wide-angle lens, just for reference."

"I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent it’s only about a 200m walk straight from Exit 3 of the K Line station, making it very convenient to reach From the hotel, you can even enjoy a beautiful view of the tower , which was a lovely bonus The location is also perfect for getting around. If you want to visit Namba, it’s just one stop away on the K Line (to K16), so travelling around the city is quick and easy😊 There are also plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities I needed. Everything felt quite new, and I was very comfortable during my stay I actually wanted to extend my stay for another night, but unfortunately the hotel was already fully booked. That says a lot about how popular it is! I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit in the future. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience🙏😊"

"I traveled with my granddaughter and stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, with three convenience stores right outside and AEON Supermarket nearby. Yu-itsu Supermarket is just another 100 meters down the road. It's also very close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Kuromon Market is also within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and they offer breakfast. You can purchase a meal ticket for 2000 JPY, and choose whether or not to dine. Overall, this is a great hotel!"

"The room was a standard twin, larger than typical Japanese hotels, with new and complete facilities. The location is super convenient for getting to the airport, Umeda, and Shin-Osaka. Plus, Namba Parks, City, and Takashimaya are all nearby for shopping. Breakfast was decent, and the Thai noodles were a pleasant surprise!"

"This hotel had so many amenities and it was very spacious. You have a walk in kitchen and a designated area for your shoe storage and then the bathroom and shower are separate which is very convenient if you want to shower and someone else needs to do their business. They even have a second door that leads to the main bedroom and then a balcony as well. Biggest hotel room I’ve stayed at in Japan for such a great price. The hotel staff are helpful and it’s about a 8-12 minute walk from nearby train stations. There is also a family mart and Lawson outside. The room also has a washing machine, microwave, fridge and kettle along Edith kitchen stove gas top."

"I really liked this hotel after my last stay, so this time I brought my family along. Good things are meant to be shared! The location is super convenient; you can catch the airport bus to Kansai Airport right from the mall next door. Even if you've bought a lot of things, you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage around. The hotel is connected to an underground shopping street, so you don't have to worry about heavy rain. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view was even more beautiful. The staff at the lobby and housekeeping were all warm and friendly. Looking forward to seeing you again next time."
